“I can't praise this business enough. Locally owned and operated, super solid peeps, they absolutely know what they're doing. If you need it, they either have it or will get it faster than anyone else. Broke a chain on a ride today and walked my bike in about an hour before closing. I left 45 minutes later with new grips, a chain, a cassette (everything was overdue for changing), and, of course, a killer ZenCog hat. They even straightened out my derailleur hanger (super cool tool) after noticing it was shifting a little off. You won't find a better bike shop in Jax. Oh, they also rent bikes if you want to cruise around riverside and take the pedestrian bridge into San Marco and the south bank. For reference, I'm riding a Specialized Turbo Levo.”

“What a great bike shop. Super helpful and on it. My wife and I came in last Sunday during Mother’s Day and did a test ride on some Mango Longboards. I gave it a couple of days to let the emotions settle and decided to pull the trigger! I called about 3pm today to check on stock. Mason was super helpful on the phone and let me know they’d have to build one of the bikes I wanted. They built both bikes for me on the spot and even switched handlebars out and added cup holders when I kept changing my mind. Zoie and Mason are rockstars. Go see them and get a fun cruiser for you and the family. I’m glad we found the shop! We will definitely be back!”

“Came to the store for the first time for some miscellaneous parts. Had to come back 3 times in the same day total due to sizing issues with what I needed. (my fault) I brought the bike with me on the last time around. I showed up an hour before they closed on a Saturday and these guys not only got me the right parts but actually worked on the bike, got it right, and gave me some tips on some other areas of my build. They didn't even charge for their labor/time. Outstanding service, awesome place. You have gained a Lifetime customer. Thank You!”
