Terrible customer service. The lady working the front has a side gig booking doctor’s appointment, so she just leaves customers waiting while she works her “second job”. I ended up just walking out after waiting more than 10mins to pick up my cleaning. I unfortunately won’t be returning.

Best in Town Cleaners really are the best! I take my husband's work pants to get pressed every few weeks. They are affordable and always do an awesome job. If you are looking for a local spot, do yourself a favor and check them out.

I have used this cleaner for years. I have clothing, bedspreads and draperies cleaned perfectly. I also utilize the discount on men’s shirts on Saturdays for my guy. But I recently thought I had sent two items to the cleaners that got lost - wrong!! They checked their security and saw that I never left them for cleaning. They were so helpful and patient with my disappointment. Then I found them at home. If you aren’t taking advantage of this wonderful service, you are missing out. I will be sure to let them know I found the items and that they were right!!

PLEASE BEWARE! This cleaners frequently breaks and cracks buttons on shirts and does not care. These are images of shirts I literally just picked up. There is a reasonable expectation that shirts that have JUST been laundered are not going to be given to the client with broken buttons. This has happened EVERY time I pick up shirts from this place. The rep at the store blames it on the cleaning process which I totally understand but if as a result of YOUR cleaning process you frequently break and crack buttons, than the right thing to do is to inspect the product and PROACTIVELY replace the buttons that YOUR process has destroyed. Its disingenuous and frankly sleazy to knowingly charge a client for a service that destroys the product and then expect the client to be responsible for inspecting and identifying the damage. Disappointing and unethical. Will be reporting to Better Business Bureau.

Do not go!Asked for paint removal and nothing else. Come to realize it doesn't even look like anything is done at the store they just take it to somewhere else to do standard dry clean and press.Absolutely upset that I'm charged 15 dollars for something I wasn't asked for!In a city that already nickels and dimes you every opportunity possible, this place is no exception.

After 4 years of being a customer at this dry cleaner, they ruin a very important item for me that really meant a lot. Initially they refused to take any responsibility for the item. After pushing for 5 days they finally said they couldn't repair or replace anything without a receipt knowing that the item was handmade and expensive. No accountability at all!

Great people and very friendly. Timely service and clothes are always cleaned well. It’s pretty convenient for us ever since we have lived here, it’s 5 mind from the house next to the grocery store so very easy.

Should be called "Best in LYING Cleaners". Dropped off damp mink blanket for laundry since washer died after 19yrs. Was to be ready a week later. After a week, was not ready and was told by Friday of that week. To be sure, Came by a week after (2wks later then) and STILL was not ready. The staff called mgmt and was told that it was not washed because it was damp & heavy, and might break washer. Yet, their sign on the window says they launder bedspreads and bedcovers but they all are heavy when wet! No different from mink blanket. So the excuse that their washer will break is BALONEY! All throughout, the blanket never made it out to be washed. The staff stated they called from their store phone several times to my cell and I never picked up. I told staff that I search through 6 mos. of history and no record phone# from them "ever" registered. In addition, I asked why didn't they tell me that when I came to pickup a week later? Furthermore, I asked why didn't you leave a message if I never picked up? I told staff that I want to believe her but her excuse didn't hold water. Mgmt and staff are trained LIARS!

Fair pricing, clean and friendly. I wanted slight alterations done on a dress and it was finished quickly! Competitor across the street wanted double the price on the same service. If you're looking for a business with prompt, efficient customer service and excellent cleaning and pressing services, they are your folks!
