Not very helpful. Made me buy a membership to return what I bought with a receipt. I just wanted to exchange products . After I spent $29.95 for a membership I didn’t need . They tossed my purchase at me . I’m surprised they are still in business. Luck for them they have no competition. Next time I will just order online…

Went to search on a tablet; printer & keyboard. A professional & informative/helpful customer service representative assisted me with all my questions and explained a lot to me. I cannot thank Devyn enough for being very helpful and taking the time to help me for what I was looking for. I will be returning to purchase the items I need. Best Buy on Blanding was a great experience. It's nice to have assistance and greeted in the store with a smile.

Charged me for geek with I canceled two years ago $193.00 they did refund that but they charged me that last year too and wouldn't refund it. Check your account or you could be charged for something you didn't whant.

Best Buy use to be the go to place. Asked for help never got any decided on an item. No cashiers had to wait at customer service to purchase. Told the employee we asked for help but never got it. He was not concerned. Won’t be back.

It's a decent place to go do get some great deals - done even better than Walmart. If you're looking into purchasing electronics or electro-related equipment, Best Buy is definitely a great place to check out. When we needed to return an item, they helped us quickly and without a question. Thank you for your great customer service! Blessings

The store may be great but the fact I could not speak to anyone at the location but instead a call center was a horrible experience. Not only was I on hold for extended amount of time but could not understand some of the conversation due to back ground noise. Needs to be better way per corporate.

Went to pick up an order and they said there was a verification hold on it. Was told it could be 20-40 mins for release. After 30 mins still no movement from the warehouse end. Opted to come back another day. Hold wasn't released for another 2 DAYS. Got told at the desk it was "the system". Online orders shouldn't be that complicated.

Afternoon at rush hour The only register that had opened was customer service. So to buy a gift card. I had to wait behind 4 people complaining and 2 people picking up their orders. Ridiculous for a store that size to only have one cashier at work.

Great customer support in store, great people. Terrible support from call center. Call center did not solve issue, refused to let me talk to store or a supervisor.
