Per the recommendation of a staff member here, we purchased a cord for my son’s new graphics card. It was the only cord the store had in stock and the store associate assured us it would fit. The pin configuration wasn’t the correct one, so the cord wouldn’t work for us. Since it was their only option, we bought the correct cord on Amazon. Fast forward 44 days, I just attempted to return the packaged cord with the receipt. They wouldn’t refund the purchase ($22 and change I believe), nor would they offer store credit. No flexibility and no discussion, just a “no.” As it’s unusable to me, I gave it to the cashier to trash. Let’s see if they end up selling it as an “open item.”
Do your tech shopping online or at another Best Buy location, as this store isn’t concerned with leaving customers with a great experience.

Do NOT buy open box. I ordered a laptop online on a sale and got an open box one. It was stated as EXCELLENT and was $20 off. The touchpad didn’t work at all. Save yourself the hassle and just buy the new one. The associates at this store were very kind and helpful. They were able to replace the laptop at the sale price. Jay was very helpful and kind.

Great Best Buy experience at the Town Center store. Took forever to order it online for instore pickup. But my order was ready in less time than it took to drive to the store, and I was inside less than 10 min. All in all it took longer to charge my new drone than to buy it. Great job Best Buy...

I have been remodeling. It hasn't been pretty. Best Buy has been the best experience by far! Two different crews..TV then dishwasher. Fabulous!! Thank you BB team. You have a customer for life!!!!!
