Bernadette was wonderful to work with. I was still in Texas, looking for a new home in the St Augustine, FL area. Bernadette's local knowledge helped me navigate the variety of housing developments to focus on my needs.Once the house was located, Bernadette arranged for a showing to accommodate my travel, and after viewing I made my offer. During the purchasing process, Bernadette helped answer my questions and quickly work thru any questions with the seller.The process was very smooth. Bernadette was absolutely incredible from start to finish we trusted her with everything and we did not even see the house in person until the day of settlement because she was so thorough and so wonderful in supporting us and our 900 mile move. We would suggest her to everybody and we would never use anyone else such a perfect experience.

Bernadette is fabulous! Our house on Sumer Island came on the market and we could not get there to see it. She dropped everything and went to see it for us the next day. She recommended we buy it so we did. She was spot on! We love it. She also gave great recommendations of contractors (walls, paint, pool) to get the house in shape. Bernadette is the complete package!

We were so fortunate to have found Bernadette Grandinetti when we were searching to buy a new home in the Saint Augustine area. Actually, saying we were fortunate when we met Bernadette is an understatement.As our realtor, she helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. She was patient while we traveled to Saint Augustine to look at homes over four months. In these countless trips, she showed us practically every house available that fit our criteria. We were discussing the necessity to expand our region but she called us and said she found a home that was about to go on the market. It happened to be in the neighborhood we were seeking and we made an offer. Her guidance to close on our house was immeasurable; from understanding the market pricing to the home inspector with integrity and knowledge, she was able to help us secure our house at a price we were happy with.Bernadette was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. She never wavered in her resolve to find the right home for us. She never tired of showing us the countless homes we requested. She answered every question honestly and with our best interests front and center. When she didn’t have the answer, she was able to obtain the information quickly. She gave us good advice. She never rushed us and we always felt that finding a home that met our needs was more important than closing the deal.Bernadette is also incredibly personable. On top of being exceptionally good at her job, she felt like a friend after the first showing and certainly is a friend now. My wife got a job offer from UCSF hospital and we need to move to San Fransisco. The first challenge was to sell our house in San Augustine FL.
