Toyota honored a paint recall notice that I'd received years ago and Stacy and his team took the repainting to another level. The car was finished 5-7 days earlier than expected and it looked better than new! I mean, wow! I did pay extra to have the plastic parts painted (metal panels were covered under the recall), and the cost was completely worth the price. The car had been thoroughly detailed, too. I even got teary when I saw my pretty-again car!Ive had excellent experiences at the Beaver Toyota dealership in St. Augustine, but this was my first experience with the Collision Center. I'm beyond impressed and recommend this facility. Thank you, Stacy and Team! Your work is outstanding, and you were a joy to talk and work with as well.

I had a great experience at Beaver Chevrolet Collision Center. Everyone was kind and extremely helpful in advising me on the options available for my repair. Stacy went above and beyond to get me the best price, make sure the experience went as smoothly as possible, and return my vehicle to me as quickly as possible. The work looks fantastic and I would definitely recommend checking them out!

Stacy Murray is awesome. He handled my case and repairs with diligence. He made sure that nothing but the best was used to repair my car. He communicated directly with insurance company which took alot off of my plate. My car was shiny, looked and smelled like new when I got it back. Beside all of that, there is a lifetime warranty on it as long as I own! He is very professional and has a very positive and charismatic attitude. I would rate 10/10 just from his work ethic alone!

We took our car here because other Chevy dealerships have been absolute garbage and never fixed anything on our 2021 car. They told us they would need up to five days for a diagnostic test on the car and they ended up keeping it for almost 2 weeks. Two weeks after picking it up, it's come to our attention that pretty much nothing on our list of things that needed to be fixed, that are covered under warranty, were actually fixed. (All of which have warnings pop up on the dash, so it's not like it's our imagination. The only thing they did was an oil change and convinced us to buy new tires.Not to mention, my car was spotless when I gave it to them, and when we got it back was absolutely filthy on the outside as well as the floor mats We have another appointment, but they couldn't get us in until January.

I used Beaver Collision for my practically new 4Runner that had a fender bender. I worked with Stacy Murray and I have never had a process go so smoothly or feel like the work was done so well. Beaver is by far the worst dealership when it comes to the service department. This is the second Chevrolet I have owned and I vow to never buy another one of their cars again. They have given me the run around to fixing an ongoing issue that clearly involves my transmission for the last year. I brought the vehicle in 3 times since November 2022 regarding the same issue. I bought the car brand new off the lot and to date I have only about 40k miles and have had 2 major issues with the vehicle since then. It's clear that they are waiting on the power train warranty to expire in hopes of mysteriously finding the issue after 60k miles so that the warranty is no longer valid. I highly encourage you to shop elsewhere or get something other than a Chevrolet.

Sales department is the best in town but the service department needs to figure it out. Over 2 hour wait for an oil change with an appointment is ridiculous.

I cannot rave about beaver collision center, or if I tried! my car in after an accident in a valet service and thanks to Mr. Stacy at Beaver Chevrolet I had the most seamless experience! Stacy communicated with me and kept me up-to-date through the whole process and allowed me to feel comfortable knowing that I was going to leave happy with the work they did! My car looks brand new and even smells amazing thanks to the complementary car wash! Buyer Beware They don't honor their extended warranty; avoid buying from here as it appears to be a scam aimed solely at profiting from sales. We were initially informed that they could facilitate the purchase of a $40,000.00 car, but when attempting to acquire a $31,000.00 car from the same place and finance department, we encountered obstacles. It's becoming evident that this establishment might not be as reputable as it appears. Their high ratings seem suspicious, and one can't help but wonder if a department is dedicated to posting fake 5-star reviews to counterbalance the daily influx of 1-star ratings.I attempted to follow their guidance in trading in the vehicle within the specified timeframe, only to receive a dismissive response. They essentially stated that they lacked a crystal ball to predict the outcome.So, when I inquired about potential deception, I received confirmation of it. The salesperson even suggested another car, which conveniently came with a $10,000 price hike, or the option of an entirely new car. It's disheartening to think that I may have been scammed into purchasing a vehicle from this establishment less than three years ago, only to witness it depreciate by over $20,000. What's more, they initially assured me that the extended warranty was inconsequential, as long as I traded the vehicle in around the three-year mark. However, this assurance was subsequently admitted to be false, leaving me with the impression that I was sold a subpar vehicle. At least there was some honesty in acknowledging that part of the situation.

Took my truck here for a throttle issue... have had to take it back 4 times for the same issue. That's not even the worst part. Every time I take it in they don't even look at it for 4 weeks! Also, don't expect any calls from them. You will have to call them to get anywhere and they are never in and still won't call you back. I wouldn't keep taking it back except for the fact there is a warranty. This has been a complete nightmare.^^ I original gave 1 star but I'm giving them more now bc after I spoke with Dave and Andre the job was taken care of faster. Still took another week but at least the were finally calling me back.

I never thought I'd write a 5 star review for a car dealership, but we truly had a great experience here! We were initially talking with Terry Shelton through calls and text. He was very positive, helpful, and never pressured us. Once arriving at the dealership, Terry was busy with another customer, so he introduced us to Neil Schmidt. Neil was very personable and easy to talk to and work with. The experience was easy and pleasant. The entire process from arriving at the dealership, test driving, negotiations, finance department to detailing only took about 2 1/2 hours, which is unheard of! We also weren't sitting at Neil's desk for 20 minutes at a time being "work down" when he went to talk to the manager during negotiations. He was only gone about 5 - 10 minutes, which is great compared to other dealerships I've dealt with in the area. During these times, Terry also checked in with us and he was also great to deal with. The finance department was shockingly quick also. Everything is electronic and you walk out with a flash drive with all your paperwork instead of the classic stack of a million papers. They also pointed out that you can always get copies of the paperwork from them, if needed.If you are looking to buy a vehicle, do yourself a favor and go to Beaver Chevrolet. I also highly advise you to specifically ask for either Neil or Terry. Both are easy to work with and great to talk to while waiting (which won't be as long as at other dealerships!).

90% of this deal was done online and we were pleased with the whole process. It took about 3 days from time of contact until we drove off the lot. Most of that timespan was on our end to get organized before we took delivery. Our salesperson (Blake Phillips) was available pretty much any second we needed him. I sent him texts as early as 7am and he got right back to me even though I said it wasn't urgent. The last 10% of the sale took a little longer than I expected once we got to the dealership but that appeared to be out of Blake's hands, so I can't fault him. It's been years since I leased a vehicle but I was very happy with the experience of doing so through Beaver Chevrolet with Blake as out sales person!
