The owner of this business, Beauty Fab Lab Virgin Hair & Salon Suites (Daija) has the address of the business listed as 10420 Lem Turner Rd. I was scheduled to get my hair done on a Saturday afternoon one hour prior to my appointment, she called to cancel my appointment stating she had "eaten something bad." I asked if we could reschedule my appointment for the next day, Sunday and she said yes. On Sunday, 10 minutes before I arrived at her location, she sent me a text message stating that the address to our now re-scheduled appointment had changed to 10420 Lem Turner Rd. I arrived at this address to find the doors of the location to be locked. I contacted her and was told that I was in the incorrect location, although the address matched. After driving around for another hour with yet another address change, Daija sent me a text stating that she could no longer do my hair. I then asked if she could reschedule for later Sunday evening (at 7 pm) and Daija said yes, but would increase the cost from $80 to $115 because the appointment would now be considered "after hours." I accepted the increase. I arrived again, too 10420 Lem Turner Rd. (the address Daija gave me again that was locked prior to). I sat outside for one hour and Daija never opened the door and texted me one hour later stating she could no longer do my hair. I informed Daija that I had been waiting outside for over one hour and she never answered the door. Love love love the Beauty Fab LAB!! From Kids braids to my virgin hair. Customer service is top notch....very patient-I never know what I want but always walkout as if I planned the picture perfect look! Highly recommend!
