They have EVERYTHING you need in here. The staff is friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable in the products they sell whether it's hair, make up, product or accessories.

Great place to get beauty products. I'm glad they've started labeling the items in the back middle bins with prices. It can be a bit overwhelming when you walk in but they've always had what I need when I go.

Very large store. They have pretty much everything and they allow young people to work there to provide them a source of income and keeping them out of the streets are doing wrong. That's why shop here

Big and spacious beauty supply store. Really liked the place. I wish there was a little more variety for crochet braiding hair tho. Apart from that the staff was friendly and the prices are reasonable for the most part. Definitely would go again.

Bianca has a nasty attitude. Every time I come to this beauty supply store everyone is inviting except her. I gave her too many chances. If you hate your job get another. Nasty inside and out. Hire someone that has customer service skills.

Horrible customer service! Here I go ready to head to my hair appointment and according to the young lady I spoke with today(Bianca) left the sensor on one of my hair packets. Her attitude was so horrible yesterday. She was in such a hurry to leave she even told the guy to lock the doors at 5:50pm. It doesn’t take much to be kind and just check people out!

The largest beauty supply store in Jax. They have some of everything at very reasonable prices. Store is always crowded so check out is slow. All in all nice store

It is soooooo clean and organized here!!! The selection of products is ENDLESS!! I didn't want to leave. The staff was courteous and didn't follow us around. When I asked for help the clerk knew exactly what isle to direct us to. Awesome experience!!

Went in here and got racially profiled and followed around the store multiple times I used to shop here all the time in fact I even used to work here. I was so infuriated about being followed in the store that I slammed my items down and just left the store. This ruined my entire shopping experience and I really don’t want to shop here again. This is a store that caters AA people but treats us like absolute trash. I will never spend another dime here I’m hurt and I don’t deserve to be followed around due to someone’s stupidity.

After my mother bought 2 wigs, I asked one associate for the bathroom. She said one sec, we waited, then she said she wasn’t sure if it was out of order. I said ok, and walked until I found another associate. I asked associate to point me to the bathroom. She said “we don’t have public restrooms”. I said, “even for paying customers”? She said “no”. So we left and walked my mother across the parking lot to McDonald’s where she used the bathroom. That’s ridiculous!

The owners/management could care less about their consumers. The AC has been broken for the past few times I've visited. It's miserably and uncomfortably hot! They haven't even had the courtesy to fix the "supposed to be" automatic entrance doors that have been broken for YEARS! But someone who "looked like" one of the owners had a beautiful TESLA parked outside the joint. (Not hating, just saying ??♀️)Money over people are the vibes I get from this vanity store ? I would rather travel a distance and give my money to good quality people who care about their consumers. FIX IT Beauty Depot!

Bought a wig, the very next day i went to put it on and it ripped down the hairline to no repair. Never got to use it. Called the store and they all refused to exchange or compensate in any way. It was 44 inches of human hair wasted my time and money. Also bought brand new eyelash glue only to find out it was dried out and expired. Will never be returning this is the worst customer service ever, cheap products don’t waste your money

Absolutely gorgeous store and staff. First visit, but I love this place. Big, bright and they had all of my favorite brands. Definitely coming back!
