I needed two broken zippers repaired on pants I hadn't been able to wear she replaced those for me. Also took in some pants that were to long. Prices seem to change often or seem a bit expensive but I definitely appreciate her services.

I went to the shoe repair and alterations shop. The lady who runs it does an excellent job. I had to get some hemming done to shorten my trousers. She's fast and what she does, she does a good job, and her prices are very reasonable I highly recommend her services. She is also very kind and friendly to customers.

Great customer service and pricing!! RUN do not walk here. I found this place from Google reviews after pricing out a few other shoe repair and clothing alterations shops and finding them too expensive. I initially took 2 pairs of shoes for resoling and she did an excellent job, so I took some pants to be altered and again, she worked her magic. So I went a 3rd time and all went well, so now I am a bona-fide customer!! She is always happy, pleasant and professional. If you need great work done with friendly service, look no further, this is it!

Had a good experience up until I asked for a repair for my leather purse.I wish she would have said she couldn’t do it than charge me for poor quality ‘leather’ to match my purse. Since she refused to give me a full refund, she offered to do a replacement repair for the value of the original value and she apologized but it wasn’t lost on me how she tried to charge me for a lesser value material.It was an embarrassing substitute that I discovered while shopping. I hope she won’t make this mistake again.
