Everyone is incredibly helpful and friendly when I go in, but I gotta give a shout out to K.C. awesome guy, always helps me out.

The tellers are very nice each time I go there!! They even know my name each time I come, this bank definitely has a hometown feel.

I like BBVA a nice small bank but it is getting to be bad in customer service, morgage and financial advisers don't do they best to work with you. But not seeing to have all the knowledgeable.
