Staff has so far seemed unknowledgeable. Attempted to enroll in online banking and was unable to. Called the helpline and was circled in the phone tree for 4.5 minutes due to not having a user name (literally what I was calling about). Talked to the first person who could apparently access the enrollment link. Transferred me to someone else who could never seem to verify the account. Terrible service, worse technology. Bank somewhere else.

I wanted information on Money Market Account rates and was told I would have to come in and talk to an advisor. Shame on them.

So far, so good. I opened up this new account with PNC, because they're the ones who hold my mortgage. I also needed a separate household account for my household expenses. I have insurance money from Hurricane Nicole in September 2022. I had my neighbors(Texas based rental home)untrimmed tree limb fall on my house(roof @ carport). I have a new roof and still waiting on getting the carport repaired. I want to keep monies away from my regular daily account at Radifi. Getting back to the review: PNC has been very professional and helpful to me. The location that I opened up my account on Fort Caroline and University Blvd, is a "no money" bank. They're more like a wireless bank and a "Resolution type bank. They do have helpful employees inside. They also have ATM's as well. I've had nothing but a great experience here. But, if you need to cash your paycheck-you will have to go to another location. We can always expect changes in the world. I think PNC is leading the way for modern technology in the banking world.

Pnc bank is terrible. I do not feel they care at all about people. I've had multiple issues with zero resolutions.

They withdrawal down to 1$ bills. Im a happy guy. You can takeout 4,321 if you needed to.

I was at first very happy with signing up for a new account but am now very disappointed. They talked me into opening a new account and put my SS# in wrong. I get my new debit card in the mail and now I can't active it and I have NO access to my funds. This was your mistake. Now I have to find my social security card and go back up to the branch because of YOUR mistake? And no access to my money. This is unreal and I am so upset.
