Store is closing so it looks bad...also this store been closing for years now lol..has some items.but mostly has to order if it's not just standard.and there sales are not sales there the same price at most auto stores..2 stars cause the guy working when I went in told me where I could find my item at a good price.

This is easily a five-star review. I contacted this establishment a few days ago while pricing a replacement auto battery. Battery Depot had the best price, even besting Sam's Club, and less than three miles from my home. I stopped in this morning, right before they opened at 8:00, and was out the door by 8:05. The entire process was efficient and I was clearly explained the warranty coverage. The spot is convenient, however tucked away on Ramona. I highly recommend this business if you need a quality batter at a good price.

this place had good customer services before. Now try to return a battery and they treat you like trash. i spend a couple thousand a year here but never again.

I would never buy a battery from this place ever again I only had the battery for three months and it’s bad every time I take it to him say it’s not bad I get it tested at AutoZone or any of the parts stores and they say it’s bad

Tried to purchase a battery by writing a check. Which the manager told me they don't accept checks. Checks are legal tender just like pennies. What about the character of the person. Please change this policy for future customers.

We have used this company over the years with great customer service. HOWEVER the last 2 times we have come here the older gentleman who works here refused to help us saying he did not have the staff. But they had just opened and we were the only customers at the time. If you need a cheap battery you can get one, but don’t expect good customer service if the older gentleman is there and he will not test you battery! So disappointed! We will not be back!

1st time going in spent $333.25 on 4 used batteries. Returned those batteries to purchase 4 new batteries. Instead of Allen refunding the money from the first purchase he applied it to the purchase of the 4 new batteries. The 4 new batteries cost $535.96 before taxes. He only deducted $224 plus the $80 core he DID NOT, however, deduct the taxes paid ($23.25)! The new batteries cost $535.96 before taxes! $535.96 subtract $224 subtract $80 is $231.96 tax ($23.40) comes out to $255.36! New batteries were returned because they didn’t work! So in all, the refund should’ve been $588.61!!! Was only refunded $341.85. So $246.76 still needs to be refunded!!!!!!!

Awesome place if you need a battery and your budget isn't ready for a complete new battery they have refurbished ones that are really good and the prices on the new ones are wayyy better than the regular auto parts stores, I suggest you start here when you need a new battery for your vehicle ? ??

They gave me a good price and the guy that helped us was nice. I recommend going there and checking out their batteries before buying from a auto part place the price was a huge difference.
