The same gentleman was there when I dropped off my clothing and when I picked it up. He was efficient and courteous both times. I got stuck in rush hour traffic after work and arrived right at closing time. He was already locking the door as I was walking up. I had turned around to go back to my car but he called out to me to come back. He actually opened back up, retrieved my clothing and checked me out. I’m so appreciative that he did that!

I brought a brand new shirt in for dry cleaning. I took it out of the bag pulled the tags off in front of the owner. When I picked up the shirt it has what looked like maybe an ink stain (it could have been something else). He demanded that it didnt happen there and that he would not do anything about it. It was a $30 shirt that I had just purchased there was no stains on it. He refused to do anything. This was my 2nd and last time using this place. They have terrible service and the owner is just nasty! They really do not deserve 1 star but you have to put something in to write the review. DO NOT GO TO THIS CLEANER!

I send certain clothes there to get dry cleaned and they always end up washing them and drying them in a regular machine causing them to shrink. They don’t listen.

I really like the young lady who works there. I’ve never had an issue with anything that has been dry cleaned. The issue is their computer is down 15% of the time. I’m unable to drop off or pick up my cleaning. Today was the last straw. Going to a different cleaners.

Not sure what happened to this place. They open whenever they feel like it, the dry cleaning is just “okay,” and the service (or lack there of) doesn’t match the price. I’ve also had, on several occasions now, where they just decided not to do articles of clothing; no explanation, nothing. Also, when your internet is “down” and you can’t drop off or pickup, 1) why bother opening and 2) maybe put up a sign so people don’t waste their time. If I were you (reading this and deciding whether or not to give this place a chance), I’d save my time and money and go somewhere else.

Horrible , horrible, horrible place. They have a sign that says 20 off every Wednesday, but its funny that every Wednesday that ive taken my clothes they tell me that the computers dont work and cant take any clothes.

I took my khakis pants for a simple alteration and they did a horrible job. They used a different color thread and now the alteration line is visible. Such an elementary thing to miss. They ruined my day! Don't give any bussiness here.

If I was able to give this place 0 stars, I would. Worst dry cleaners I have ever been to. They overcharge for alterations, misplace clothes, and shatter the buttons on dress shirts. Then, have the audacity to actually charge you to replace them.
