I recently had to move out of Jacksonville and by far what I’ll miss the most is the reliability of Bark on Park. I am completely self aware that I am an overly anxious dog owner. I have tons of questions, I ask a lot of follow ups, and I have a long list of concerns a mile long about all things related to my dog. The folks at Bark never made me feel like a bother. They answered each question in-depth and with great assurance.I took my dog there for roughly three years and he always darted excitedly right through the front door and then he always left exhausted from play. If there was an issue, Bark immediately reached out. When I boarded him, if they had any questions related to his feeding, medication, etc. - they’d reach out. If I was running late from work, they’d accommodate. I have lived in a lot of cities and my dog has been in a lot of daycares, and I have never had more peace of mind when dropping Jax off here.I really can’t recommend this place enough and the thing I’ve been dreading the most since leaving Jacksonville is finding a place I’ll trust nearly as much. Really can’t thank everyone who’s worked here and treated our dog like family for all they’ve done for us!

Awesome and Amazing staff, very friendly. They welcome Cotton in with a smile. I felt very good leaving here. I can tell that she was in Good hands....

This is our 4th groomer, since my dog is a total pain in the neck to groom. Misty did a great job and we will be back!

Wonderful! Very gentle with my elderly blind gal. Parking can be rough but it's absolutely worth walking a couple of blocks. Lots around if you want to wait on area. My dogs love them and so do I.

Our 12 year old pup was treated with love and care - she had a nail trim, de-coating, shampoo and comb-out. She looks good snd acts like she feels as good as she looks.

They did an awesome job I highly recommend them10/10 the staff was friendly and very understanding on what I wanted for him they way better than the first groomers we tried and he loves it

I had a good experience at Bark and park . I was glad that I didn't have to leave my all day, they were finished in a couple of hours and the price was reasonable

Lacey is CoCo's Groomer. CoCo loves Lacey. When we arrive she can't wait to get to Lacey. When I go to Five Points for something else CoCo will not let me leave until we stop and see Lacey. I am so happy to have found them. I always used the Bath House at the Beach for my Yorkies but I found out that Rae sold out so I wanted to find a place closer to me. Thanks Bark and Lacey.

Our husky looked so much whiter and fluffier after his bath & groom! The only reason for the three stars was after getting a flea bath, he still had some fleas so we had to bathe him again ourselves.
