The service at this branch is so frustrating.
Long wait times, usually only 1 teller working and forget about the drive thru. Today I literally stood there, front of the line, only customer, while 2 employees never
even acknowledged my existence until they were done on their screen. At least look in my direction and say it will be a few minutes? Nope.

I just had to go here. Spend 10 minutes in line ( felt like back in Russia:)) , and they will charge customers for everything they can, even if you breathe inside the bank, you will be charged for that. Why would an average person ever bank with big bank??? Credit unions are the most convenient, pleasant, and cheaper option for a regular citizen.

First of all this location really needs to staff more people. They often have just one person working the lobby and drive thru. I'm here at the location now and I have been at the window patiently for 15 minutes with nobody coming after pushing the button 3 times. I had to aggressively push the button just to catch and attitude from the older blonde lady that works here. This is what prompted me to write this because she is rude on a regular basis. I have a sprained knee hence the drive thru. Just because you're location is not ran properly it's not an excuse to be rude with customers especially when they are patient and kind to you. Hopefully they fix this soon.

Just plain rude!I walked in to deposit a check and I was the only customer in there, one teller, one drive through attendant. The teller was working on receipt's of some sort. So I stood in front of her waiting for her to a knowledge me. The problem is she never did. She don't look up air anything. She just continued working on what ever she was doing, which was obviously more important. I get getting things done but you can at least a knowledge me, tell me it will be just a minute, maybe a smile, you know, all the minimum of customer service. But she didn't. I stool the for almost 15 min and nothing. People started coming in behind me and still nothing. It was incredibly rude. Was it me?Was there something about me? Did she refuse to look at me or any of us for that manner. She was older, long bond hair that strategically covered her name tag, and the only one working the teller station from 1:30pm on April 25th 2022. After about 15 min a finally went up to the teller and told her that she was obviously too busy so I’ll go to a different branch. The way she looked at me was that I was in the wrong. Pathetic. Absolutely astonishingly rude and I will never go back. I would recommend to everyone to just go down the street to the another branch on beach blvd. they say hi to you at least.
