The worst bank ever, always issues and I’m not even a Bank of America account holder!! I just run into issues EVERY time I try to cash a check from them. This location particularly can never get anyone on the phone, yet everytime I go in they are doing NOTHING. I’ve never actually seen another BOA customer in the bank at the same time as me. Last time I went in they couldn’t cash a check because their system was down??? Frustrating. I have to take off work early because all locations close at 4/5pm…they wanted to suggest for me to come back in the morning? Like be aware plz….most Americans, can’t just drop everything to come in. Smh.

I would advise NOT banking with BOA. I've had nothing but issues with this bank, and nothing but time wasted.It was quite a process to get my business account opened with them and when I asked for a small credot card to buy stuff for my company, they sent a letter saying they were closing my account. I have my business open with 4 other banks and have not had to deal with this. And every time I come here there is a long line, at least 30-45 minute wait :(Go to Navy Federal, Vystar, or Chase instead

I do my best to avoid banks, but I needed some silver coins for Christmas gifts and to make a wihdrawal. Everyone was very friendly and I felt very welcomed as soon as I walked in. Very refreshing in todays post covid world. A+ Customer Service

Dont ever go to this bank for POA, Notarized. This girl Anya Jones needs to be fired. Have all your Documents DONT LET HER SEPARATE ANY PAGES. Because this girl and the rest of the staff will separate whats critical page you will need for approval. And will make you wait and make you feel stupid while you wait. Go somewhere else for POA’ Notirazation, where the Principal dont have an account. Because this Bank will set you up. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS BOA’. This Anya Jones needs to be fired she’s STUPID!!!

I am very disappointed at Bank of America at this location on Beach Blvd. I have been a customer since 2006. I went there the first week of December to ask for help with my safe deposit box. I was waiting for so long in the lobby. The female manager was so unprofessional. You can hear her very loud voice from the open door room with the customer asking all kinds of personal questions. A customer walked in and a female African/American employee came out of the room greeted the new customer and started asking questions. I got very frustrated because I have been waiting there for so long. I told the female employee that I was sitting here for so long and can she help me? Suddenly the female manager came out of the room started to talk with her very loud voice to me asking me, what do you need? About the safe deposit box? Tell me? Her voice was so loud and rude and the whole lobby can hear her. I told her that this is my personal issue and I would like to go into the room in private to discuss this. She finally had me sat in the room with the same female employee . After so long the female employee told me that she will call me. I told her if things that need to be done would be best on the 2nd week of December because January 14 I'll be out of the country . I was waiting for the phone call the whole month neither that female employee nor that female manager ever called me. I called but only got answering machine. I was super busy and didn't have time to sit for a long time in the the lobby again. Came back from out of the country trip and now we're in mid February and I still did not hear any phone call from Bank of America nor any letter at all. Bank of America is a big name but the female manager and certain employee at this location are very unprofessional. I'm very disappointed and I would never recommend family and friends to do business at this location. The two times I've lost my debit card recently and it was replaced within four days in the mail. I also have an electronic copy available to me so I wasn't without the ability to charge on my debit card. Excellent customer service. Respectful. They greet you and talk to you about where you are in line and keep you in the loop.

Always slowAlways have maybeeeeee 2 tellers. Linecalways very long and slow . They seriously need to have more tellers especially on Fridays.Extremely disappointed
