Baker Glass did the measuring and installation of shower doors (it was a tub to shower conversion). They did this through the guy that did the actual conversion. In all instances they were on time and professional, and overall the job they did was excellent. Several months later we noticed a scraping sound and it seemed to be one shower door, of two, was lower than the other. This shower is not used daily and probably had 5 uses over that time. I called and spoke with Mack, he was spot on courteous and said give me till next week. On the following Monday I got a call from Cason, we talked about the issue, and he said he would be there at 1pm. He shows up, figures it out, and before I knew it, he was done. And what a nice, calm, courteous young man he was. Thanks all,

Called Baker Glass after Safelite couldn't replace my windshield. They said they could do it no problem and guided me through the process with my insurance company. Excellent customer service in the office as well as the guys who showed up to replace the windshield. They text the morning of the appointment. The new windshield looks great, no issues whatsoever. Highly recommend!

Great customer service. Super fast turnaround! Price was was better then Lee & cates and just a little bit more than ace hardware but they weren’t able to cut a piece I need due to them now have a large enough sheet in stock. Thanks baker!

I appreciate so much the work that Baker Glass did for me on my glass shower enclosure. They were Honest, Efficient and did great work. Some of my parts were difficult to find BUT Mac persisted
and my mission is accomplished. I am so very Happy that they fixed my problem and that I didn't have to replace the entire enclosure. Always polite and on time with each call.

Took my 1986 Honda accord in cause the window seal had a leak when it rained. These guys had me in and out in 15 minutes resealed the glass and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg. Today it rained and I have dry seats to sit in. Great staff thanks guys!
