I’ve had Bad to the Bone Pet Care take care of our nervous senior pup and our 3 cats while out of town on a few occasions now and they have been great! Melanie is a great communicator and has done a great job keeping us informed of all our fur babies activities and also includes pics. It’s great having the peace of mind that our fur family is being taken care of so well! We highly recommend.

Peace of mind! We had a fun and relaxing mini break knowing that our fur babies were in incredibly caring and responsible hands! Brenna took the best care of Gwyneth and Twyla, with detailed and fun reports and pics throughout each day. And they thoroughly enjoyed their slumber parties with her each night. Brenna also went above and beyond, collecting our mail, watering plants and even laundering her sheets (totally unexpected but thank you ?). We deeply appreciated Brenna and Bad to the Bone and highly recommend their wonderful services!

This service and company are the best. Amber and Trish are wonderful and take such great care of my fur babies. I never worry when I'm away and it gives me so much peace or mind. I highly recommend them!!!

Hope's attention to detail and care for our four-legged daughter and our home was outstanding!From the first day at the meet and greet to the last communication, her willingness to help (not only with what was requested) but offering with details we did not request, was amazing.I look forward to continuing to work with Hope and company!!

Hope takes amazing care of our dogs, cat, fish and reptiles while we are gone. She sends tons of updates and pics and treats them like they were her own. I used to worry about them every time we left, I don’t with Hope.

Doug is simply the best! He is professional, personable, trustworthy, and obviously has a sincere love for animals. I love the photos, updates, and his attention to detail. As a fellow pet professional, I tend to be very picky when it comes to my own pets' care. I highly recommend Doug and his team!

The pet sitters at Bad to the Bone are fantastic! Jerome is so good with our four dogs, very responsible and timely; which is a big deal with disabled dogs that require medication administered at specific times! He's incredible responsive, providing lengthy updates including pictures with every visit, and the house is always just as clean as we left it! Every sitter we've had has been fantastic and I highly recommend Bad to the Bone!

I have to say I’m completely disappointed with this service. I’ve used them over the past year and every time I feel overcharged and I come home to accidents not picked up. I did the almost overnight with my two boxers- meaning 2 hours at night and 1 hour in the morning. I paid $820 and somehow I just feel ripped off. $100 a day for 3 hours!!! It’s not the sitters fault but this business doesn’t care that my dogs end up in a crate for over 20 hours if not more.Luckily I don’t have to use them anymore, I was on Nextdoor and found an actual legit dog LOVING sitter. She does the mobile grooming thing as well- but she spends 10-12 hours with my dogs overnight for $65 TOTAL! This is the route I’m going from here on out. It’s a shame that this business is only about doing the bare minimum with high cost!!! I’m sure they will respond and let everyone know I could have paid another $40 for an hour during the day to walk the dogs- so then I pay $140 for 4 hours?!!! Get out of here and rethink your prices.

I was in an absolute panic because I could not confirm that a family member would take in my cats for a week or so while I took some much needed rest. I made an honest appeal to them and explained my situation. Their website is very well put together and made all the expectations and rates very apparent. They were extremely speedy connecting me to employees that could best fit my needs. I had the pleasure of meeting Jennifer and I could feel that she was a genuine pet lover. I really loved the compassion, the professionalism and the energy they provide across the board. I don't normally leave reviews but I had to express my gratitude for their compassion in a time of need!

I am so happy to have BTTB care for my pets while I am away! My cats love Jennifer!! and Jennifer and Gloria were so good with my nervous dog, too. Brenna is also super kind and professional. All around, a great company :)

I’ve been with Bad to the Bone for more than a year now. Katharine Prendergast does an amazing job keeping my baby, Snickers, happy, feeling loved and well feed. She always goes the extra mile and always sends photos to give me piece-of-mind while I’m traveling. I know Snickers is in good hands with Katharine. Also, Brenna is very good at communicating with me in a timely manner and I really appreciate that. Bad to the Bone has proven to be good for my animals and myself!

We've had wonderful experiences with Brennan Swift at Bad to the Bone Pet Care! Our Golden Retriever Rudy absolutely loves her! Brennan is reliable, on time, friendly and effective. She takes excellent care of Rudy, keeps us posted on how things are going so we never worry, and the house always looks great when we return home. Need a pet sitter? Diane is wonderful with all my fur babies. When I have to leave them I know they are in great hands. I receive updates with lots of pictures and enjoy looking at them playing and having fun. Diane is always there at the scheduled time and takes great care of them. It gives me peace of mind knowing they are well taken care of when I have to be away. I highly recommend Diane and Bad to the Bone!

Diane Scheirman was fantastic with my dog for three days of full time care. Received updates and pictures. The app was great for communicating. I could tell when I came home he wasn’t stressed, so he enjoyed having Diane take excellent care of him. We will definitely request her the next time.Thank you for taking such good care of him.
