Had to get my battery changed. They were able to diagnose it to confirm I indeed did have a bad battery and was able to change it for me. Very fast and I was in and out.

Great experience! These places can be intimidating as a female but Jimmy was her kind and helpful! He me out with a diagnostic scan for my check engine light, and changed the battery in my key fob! Ask for Jimmy, you won’t be disappointed!

Mike’s store in Oakleaf is the best Auto Zone in Northeast FL!!!! The staff is absolutely amazing!!! All of them are super knowledgeable and helpful. Every time I go into the store they are always willing to go above and beyond to assist me. Which means a lot to me being a single mother and not knowing much about cars. Thank you Mike and staff for making a rough time easier!!!! Your the best!!!!!!

y’all need to give cameron p a raise!! i just bought a new car and so far it’s been nothing but problems, i had to replace my spark plugs two weeks ago and today i went back to replace my 4 year old battery since it was just about dead.
i was super nervous because i’m a young woman and while my father is a mechanic, he is all the way down in tampa and i’m terrified of anything auto repair related because i don’t know what i’m doing, talking about, or how expensive things could get. i was in and out in 30 minutes, he was super friendly and made me feel so much better and he even gave me tips on how to keep the car running better! i’ve been to this autozone 3 times now and it’s been a great experience every time!! ❤️
