If I could give zero stars I would. You would assume that if you orders a part and pay for it, that when they receive the part that they would call and not sell your part to another customer. We have been waiting on a part and drove there twice. Once to be told they didn’t have the part and the second to be told “you didn’t come to get the part yesterday at 10:00 so we sold it to another customer”. The part arrived the day prior at the store! They waited one day to sell it out from under me. (Has not been but maybe three weeks of waiting with no call to say it arrived for pick up!) I will now go out of my way to not shop or buy any of autozone product so that my time and money is not waisted. This company is in a failed state in my book! What happened to the good companies you could trust??!!

Just went to this AutoZone after trying 2 other battery places. Daniela quickly checked the car to see what battery we needed, helped us check out smoothly, and then installed the battery perfectly. Smoothest I've ever seen that go. She was also able to help communicate in Spanish with my friend. Great place. Daniela is awesome!!!!

I bought a valve cover gasket set from this location.I got home to start doing the project and realized parts were missing from the gasket set someone had bought and had removed parts prior returning the Parts.Do Better Auto Z

Honestly, my experience was very unpleasant because from the moment I entered the store, the treatment of the lady who worked today on November 14 at 3:50 pm was extremely derogatory towards my mother and me because we speak Spanish between us. I spoke to her in English, trying my best, and the lady only made bad faces and made sounds of stress when I communicated with my mother in Spanish. I showed him a customer code that we had from my father and he didn't want to accept it, I understood it perfectly except that I proceeded to explain to my mother that we couldn't use the code in Spanish and she was bothered by this and proceeded to call a colleague and tell him that we didn't understand what she was saying (when clearly I just had to explain it to my mother) and her attitude was quite dismissive towards us. The other gentleman did help us completely and was extremely kind to us. Then he had to leave so I left another man in charge to finish the purchase, to whom I asked if the lights I was buying were for both headlights of my car and he answered me "If you see that there are two lights So yes”, I just wanted to be sure since I am not an expert in these things, in fact it is the first time I am going to buy things from the car so I had no idea how it works. After all, the gentleman finalized our purchase and everything was fine. But my point is that if they work in customer service, they should focus on knowing how to treat the customer in an appropriate way and not make me feel uncomfortable when I try my best to make myself understood and I knew how to explain absolutely everything well enough for them to give me such derogatory treatment. Hopefully they learn to treat their future customers better because they make that a frustrating experience. I thank the gentleman who gave us his complete help, he also worked the same hours and he was without a doubt an extremely kind and patient man with us.

Placed an online order 4 hours ago, received a confirmation email stating it was ready to be picked up, just for me to get there and not a single employee knew what they were doing and my order wasn’t ready. Then to top it off as I am walking outside they have a landscaper blowing dirt/sand and debris all over my Jeep. Completely ridiculous. I do not recommend this location, it was better off as a pep boys

Car battery had to be jumped several times. Still had warranty on battery so we went auto zone on San Jose Blvd. guy was very helpful but said battery did not test as dead so warranty would not replace. He told us come back if still happening. So few days later we are back. Again battery not tested as bad. After discussing matter few minutes Patrick ask a fellow worker Dewayne to take at look at battery. Dewayne has had several years of experience working with cars and knew different way to test battery. Apparently it depends on type of battery and the settings on the tester as to which to use. Dewayne with his knowledge was able to decide battery was defective and Patrick was able to honor our warranty. Thanks for the patience in resolving our battery problem Dewayne and Patrick.

The manager was very nice and helpful, and he installed our new battery for us at no extra charge. This is the reason that we come to AutoZone. Always great people, very patient, very nice, very helpful. It's the people that make the difference.

Came in on a Friday and received excellent customer service.. My part wasn’t in stock but they had it delivered the next morning. The next day I picked up my part and still had excellent service

The manager Kevin. Was very rude when my husband asked for a paper funnel. Stating nobody has them they're bad for the environment. Firstly 90 percent of what's in that store is bad for the environment secondly paper is biodegradable and flammable. We burn what we can. However the young man Zack helped us out and was very courteous. Zack would make a better manager then someone like that you can tell from the feeling in that store that everyone is on edge and Kevin's snapping at the other 2 employees is to say the least not helping. Bad managers make bad stores.
