Came to this Auto Zone after the VW dealership said my battery was defective and needed an immediate replacement and tried to charge me $420 for a new battery. After telling Auto Zone associate Tim about this, he insisted on testing the battery before doing an unnecessary replacement and sure enough, it passed the health check and was operating at 94% and did not need replacing. Tim went above and beyond to help me and provide accurate information and knowledge without attempting to sell me things I did not need. My experience at this Auto Zone was a breath of fresh air and I will absolutely be returning when the day comes to replace my battery.

This is the last time I will ever use auto zone, I personally called for a bearing for my F-150 front passenger side, find out it's the whole hub assembly they did not have it at the location near me but was told upon arrival that they had it 20 me up the road in another location I give them all the information six lug not 7 ect ect ect ... Upon arriving with less than a half an hour to close I buy this 300 dollar part, pay mobil mechanic $65 for service call confirming passenger side bearing like I didn't know already, before leaving the store double check to make sure is the right part... To my surprise like several times before it was not the right part, had 7 lugs not 6 like I explained to the first store which supposedly forwarded this information to the next door and was not the right part, so quick exchange would have worked but no, the older gentleman looks at the box says we cannot resell it we cannot take this back, mind you I haven't even left the store yet I have $300 in a part that's wrong $65 for a service call from a mobile mechanic that's going to put it in for me and the color gentleman would not switch it out and let me pay the $10 difference so I'd have to wait 5 to 10 days to have the money put back on my debit card and I would just have to repurchase a new one so I decided not to because of the rude African American male that was working with the young female that evening she was fine she was great she tried her best .... But the system the gentleman said good night and would not allow a return for an exchange, this is ridiculous I told him I haven't even left the store yet you gave me the wrong part no sir he says I'm sorry you have to buy it again and you'll get your money back on this one that's not the right part in 7 to 10 days ? at this point I had enough return the park and will never ever ever ever recommend AutoZone this location or any affiliate thereof all because of the African American guy that was on duty and would not return it foreign exchange for the right part that they also had in stock right there there was a $10 difference. ? J/s this company is no good the service is no good and their parts are junk will not return no recommend ever again in my life. Saturday night March 16 th 2024 ???

I went in there this morning to get an oil filter. It was faulty and I ended up with a driveway full of oil. I returned to the store and they took care of everything. They were awesome!!!!

Fantastic Experience at Auto Zone. Ryan E. and Richard P. were such a great help. 73 year old woman needed help in purchasing and installing a car battery. Before selling me a battery they made sure that I really needed a new car battery….Thank You both!!

Good place to get your parts but they always seem to have different employees there that they're training but I guess everywhere is like that now.

If I could give zero stars I would. You would assume that if you orders a part and pay for it, that when they receive the part that they would call and not sell your part to another customer. We have been waiting on a part and drove there twice. Once to be told they didn’t have the part and the second to be told “you didn’t come to get the part yesterday at 10:00 so we sold it to another customer”. The part arrived the day prior at the store! They waited one day to sell it out from under me. (Has not been but maybe three weeks of waiting with no call to say it arrived for pick up!) I will now go out of my way to not shop or buy any of autozone product so that my time and money is not waisted. This company is in a failed state in my book! What happened to the good companies you could trust??!!
