The attention leaves something to be desired, there were only 3 people providing service and the others were talking where they keep the parts, immediately 4 clients accumulated and we had to wait about 10 minutes to be attended to, it should be noted that the person who served me was very friendly and attentive but it was in very bad taste to listen to the loud conversation of those people.

They are not open when they say they are and needs to update their store hours because it's extremely inconvenient. The hours say the open at 730a. I have been outside the store since 7:27a and it's now 8am. This is poor customer service. Someone that works for the commercial part of AutoZone was waiting with me. No one will answer the phone.
