Stop by Auto Zone on Cassat Ave last night to buy a battery.
Sheria did an outstanding job of making sure i bought the correct battery and installed it for me. Great service. I will now only buy from Auto Zone on Cassat Ave. Thank you again Sheria.!!!!!

The staff here is so rude, if its possible, go somewhere else!!
I needed to know the right oil for my car, all i asked was, “can you tell me the type of oil i need.” The manager, i think her name was zakiah or sherriah? She legit says to me, “go back to your car and look under the hood.” I was so offended because i know places like these are great when it comes to help with your car. It wasnt even busy so I have no idea why she was so rude. I even gave her a redemption opportunity and said, “is this not a good time for you?” She says, “what are you talking about? Just go back to your car..”
Thankfully there was another associate who heard this interaction and made sure to help me out, his name was Jerry. Great kid.

the manager was so incredibly rude, not helpful at all. she was yelling at me, giving dirty looks, and just not giving that welcoming helpful personality. she should never be manager again. i do NOT recommend.
