Give James a raise! This guy went above and beyond. My alternator is busted and battery died at the store. He was kind enough to plug in a trickler charger to his personal truck and let my battery get enough juice to get home. Can’t thank James enough!

Adam and Aaron made my experience at Auto Zone more than exceptional. I know very little about cars, so of course had a ton of questions. They were very gracious and patient with me. This is my go to store anytime I need car parts/assistance.

In town for family reunion…I had an issue with a low battery at 7:15PM on a Sunday night, James at store 5118 came in and saved the day! James found a battery at a great price, removed my corroded battery and installed my new battery with new battery post! Excellent service in a matter of minutes !! It’s the little things that makes this world a better place to live! Thanks James!!!

They were very helpful and conveniently located near the Take5 oil change station across the street but they did not have the air filter that I needed so I had to drive up to Neptune Beach to pick one up. They did call the Auto Zone up there to confirm that they had one in stock and had them set it aside for me which was kind. They also suggested a better travel route than I would have taken due to construction because they knew the area well. So, very grateful for their service overall.

I had an urgent issue with my car today; my dirt shield was shredded and dragging on the ground. Arriving at AutoZone feeling quite worried, I was immediately assisted by Calvin and Dre. Their efficiency was nothing short of impressive! In just about 5 minutes, they had everything sorted out for me. Both of them were incredibly helpful, professional, and reassuring, which quickly eased my worries. I'm truly grateful for their quick and competent service. Highly recommend this location if you need fast and reliable assistance!

I went in to buy a product to remove a door ding on my car. The gentleman came out to the parking lot to see the door ding so that he could recommend the right product. He then told me i could probably remove it with a rag and soapy water - and he was right. I appreciate his honesty in not selling me a product that I did not need. This will be my go-to auto parts store from now on!
