I was about to purchase a few pocket knives, but first I wanted to compare what I already have bought from this store. All of a sudden this black guy with dreads and corroded teeth; saw that I walked off from the front counter with the merchandise to also compare prices with the oil and filter for my 2020 Lincoln Corsair. He took what I had put down and told me not to walk off from the front as if I was about to steal. In front of a customer. He was definitely rude and I'll never return to the store where I was deeply embarrassed. I suggest nobody come here unless they want bad service

People are lazy and no help! Asked a question to one of the staff and the person who I accidentally "bothered" huffed and puffed I guess because they actually had to do their actually job. Which they didn't even do. Send corporate out and see how they are running this store because it's trash.

Got in, got my parts, and got out. 5 stars EDIT: Ended up getting the wrong filter and having to bring it to a different store to get it swapped out. 3 Stars due to the mixup

I would give April 10 stars if I could!! I was traveling through Jacksonville yesterday on our way home to NC and I was 2 hours into my trip when I stopped to get gas. I got stranded at the gas station next to Auto Zone with a dead battery. I had called another auto parts store asking for help and they wouldn't help me. My son and I started walking and realized we were next to the Auto Zone. I went in fully expecting to get turned down again. But I didn't!! April came over to the gas station, checked the battery and jumped it off!! She went ABOVE AND BEYOND to do that for me! I bought a new battery from her; she installed it and she had us back on the road in no time! I was feeling distraught when I went in, but April turned our bad day around!! She could have easier turned me away but instead she provided over the top customer service!! She was amazing!! I will never forget her kindness!!

I don’t normally write reviews but I said to myself I will definitely give this shout out because OMG, I just drove to this AutoZone to change out my car battery that was dead. The best customer service I have received. Ms Green knows her stuff and helped changed my battery in less than 10sec. The ladies that works here are phenomenal. Thanks for the great service.
