i will start off by saying do not believe anything they tell you they lie, lie, lie. it took me a long time to even give them a chance and now i wish i hadn't. they have over priced there vehicles, and when you think you are getting a warranty they change it up and the extended warranty i was suppose to get for my vehicle ended up being for tires only! why do i need it for my tires!?!?! i have my damn insurance for that. they wil screw you, do not buy a vehicle from them, go to gary yeomans, go to duval ford, but for your own sake ...do not buy a vehicle from this dealership and do not get service done here either!

I took my 2011 Crown Victoria in for service cause my transmission stopped pulling . The mechanic told me that I needed a new transmission and it was going to cost $5600.00 to rebuild it. A salesman asked me if I was interested in purchasing a new car ... So ,I had it towed to Heseleu's in Palatka. He said the transmission wire was loose... which only cost me 268.00....they fixed it . I haven't had a problem with it since. I've had this car in for service several times for this same reason. I am not happy with FORD AT THIS LOCATION AT ALL.. FRAUD..STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION..

For any work to be done in the three vehicles we have bought from this company and them at this location two brand new, and one barely used Lincoln, navigator, extended . They have refused over and over again to fix my screen all to come and find out that this is a ongoing problem with many vehicles, and there is not even a part to fix it available so after months and months of trying to get my vehicle in they did take it in on Oil change nothing wrong with it because it was working at the time and during that time they put scratches so deep into the paint that it had to be painted in two separate spots. The job is done so poorly that it absolutely ruins the look on the passenger side of the car, they had the Lincoln for two weeks or close to it. For that time the battery in my key fob never changes as asked, All these things are also covered under the warranty and the warranty that I purchased; so the only thing that was fixed when I got the vehicle back was a terrible terrible paint job. To begin this awful job, when my husband showed up to drop off the vehicle, the man that was supposed to be there and made the appointment with him was out sick or off. They tried to turn my husband away after having this appointment made for weeks And my husband refused and said that this was made and it needed to be done. Apparently they reached out to the person who made the appointment this person was so unprofessional and they felt the need to message my husband on their day off or sick day asking him why he felt the need to get him in trouble and throw him under the bus, which was completely uncalled for. Also we have a family of five. They tried to tell us that they weren't going to give us a rental or any loaner vehicle to drive. They had nothing, in the end they gave us a very strong, smelly four-door dodge ram that barely would accommodate my family and definitely would not accommodate any sports trips with gear in the back, if there were any rain or bad weather between football and horse lessons that's 6 days a week in sports at the time. The only person here we have had any good dealing with is a josh and the lovey lady at finance. And that's the only reason there's two stars.

From the beginning of the experience it's was less than great. I came in for an oil change on July 7th also mentioned to the service writer that there was a check engine light on. I left the car there for the day. I finally received a call late in the afternoon saying I needed an engine. When I asked why and what's going on Renae couldn't give me answers. Skip to the end of this awful process with Renae. I didn't receive a call from her the first or the second, again I have to call her. I had to leave her a message. When she calls me she says it's ready and to return the rental. I ask how it is being paid, after some back and forth, she tells me only the ten days are covered I'll have to call on my claim for the extension. Which I did. They said the dealership never submitted the request formally for the extension. The warranty worker does show a message sent to ask for an extension but never an actual request sent in. There told me it has to be an actual request submitted by the dealership before the rental expires, which your service writer didn't do. And again there is no note even after her message to them that is even denied or approved. At that point when she didn't receive a response she should've call me then. As I'm on the phone figuring it out with them Renae calls back, in what feels like an attempt to cover her butt, she explains she'll talk to her service manager but they'll cover the extra day since it late in the day when she finally calls back, after 4pm. I go in the next morning, last Thursday. She again gives me the same response and says it's my fault for going outside of her to get in a rental when she told me to and to open that claim, when she told me to. That again they aren't covering that extension. She even showed me her message to the warranty worker, and there wasn't a single thing she received after that message to let her know one way or the other it was approved or even denied. So I asked her about it, and she couldn't answer. I explain not a single person from the dealership told me to get out of the rental. She said I need to call warranty. I did. Again they told me it's the dealership responsibility to submit it and call me. That makes sense to me. Again as I'm on the phone with them, she calls me back and says she'll cover all the extra days. She said "It's better to ask forgiveness than permission." Again in what feels like an attempt to cover her butt. I finally get my vehicle back, but I am left feeling extremely misled and beaten down by your service writer, Renae.

I wouldn't recommend working here, they are a rip off they will lie about your reason for leaving write it off as job abandonment even though you gave them a two weeks' notice. will charge you for parts you never order. when you request a pay raise, they give it to you but will take away all the jobs. seriously not the place to work. they aren't employee friendly.

I have an on going problem with dealership that isn't yet solved as of 05/10/2023. the facts: - They profiled me because I'm a foreigner (French) to tricked me into unwanted services and added about $10,000 extra to the cost of the vehicle. They also use my Social Security Number without my consent and run it multiple times. - The way they operate is they get the deal agreed on paper between you and the sales person, manager THEN when in front of the finance person everything change. In my case what they did is adding 9 months to the loan length so they could hide an extra $10,000 on top of the purchase price. They also violate the agreement they have with Bank of America by not respecting the BOA letter of approval and running my Social Security number with other lenders without my consent in order for them to get potential extra commissions.

This dealership advertises vehicles for sale all over the internet along with the vehicle's MSRP AND VIN number. But when you ask for the price of the advertised vehicle including taxes, tags and any dealer fees, you find out the vehicle advertised is really not for sale and is a PRE SOLD vehicle. Meaning someone ordered (pre sold) the vehicle advertised and the MSRP for that vehicle was $xxxxx.xx. Another way of saying it is, they really don't have the vehicle you're interested in and if you want one like the one advertised, you'll have to order it. When I questioned why that specific vehicle is advertised as being for sale, I was told, "we advertise all of our inbound vehicles." In my mind, it's very deceitful and misleading. Be assured, I would never recommend doing business with AutoNation Ford in Jacksonville.

Beware of this place!!! Tried to charge me $165 to diagnose a problem. The problem was a broken bushing that I could visibly see and touch. They wouldn’t do the work without first “diagnosing” the problem.

So, they sold me an overpriced car. Massively overpriced, but it's exactly what I wanted! So I'm fine with that. What I'm not fine with was being coerced into a warranty I didn't want. And when I went to cancel it three months down the road, I was assured I'd be prorated the warranty back. It's been a year and a half. I've sometimes gotten them to answer me on the phone, they claim "that person isn't here! We'll get back to you." And never do. But after enough harassment, a year later I got an email from a Christine Fleeman! Who said it would be done. But then began to ignore my emails. So, very professional. I plan on reporting this behavior. Maybe the BBB will care? I'm not sure. But it's upsetting and frankly disgustingly unprofessional behavior. UPDATE: Their "General Manager's" phone number (904) 270-9943 isn't even an active phone number. :) Completely dead.

Shout to Rob Busch who helped me get into a new car. I was the unfortunate victim of a pretty bad accident about a month ago and had to shop for a new vehicle. I was dead set on a Subaru Outback and came to look at a 2019 they had in stock. The only reason I came in was because when I reached out on the internet, Rob gave me straight forward pricing and didn't include any fluff like warranties or silly wheel cleaning fees. After speaking with a couple of dozen dealerships I really dislike those folks. The 2019 I ended up seeing didn't feel right but they had a 2021 that was more money, but was also nicer. I made the decision to make the purchase. Rob helped me along the way and he even followed me to drop off my rental across the street. Rob was always cool headed and focused on customer service. Nathan who helped print out the paperwork and was in charge of upselling was also great. I will say I understand his job was to get me to spend more on services, but after spending 5K more than I had planned, it wasn't going to happen. I have excellent credit and I will say that the interest rate offers from their banking partners are not very good. But at the end of the day you can always refinance with a different bank. 5 huge stars for ROB and 4 stars for the overall dealership.

I purchased a used BMW 330i from this dealership and paid extra for the maintenance package. I scheduled an oil change and brought the car in at 7:00 am. When I asked about how long it would take, the gentleman responded that it depends on whether they have the filter or not. Now I don't know about this one, but when a customer makes a reservation well ahead of time, most competent service organizations make sure they have the parts to do the work prior to the customer showing up. Three and 1/2 hours later I received the following voice mail.... "Hi Mr. _____ David AutoNation Ford your Beamer is ready to go we've tried I've tried myself like eight or 10 times following the directions have been unable to get the maintenance light to reset him but anyway so there may be something wrong with it to where it needs to go to a Beamer on that but your service is done thanks a lot bye-bye..." It took my wife less than a minute to find the procedure vie Google. These "mechanics" and their service manager were unable to preform the basic oil change to completion and even recommended that I pay out of pocket to have a BMW dealer finish their work?! I have never went to a dealership for service and not had them do a courtesy vacuum wash etc. Particularly when they have, in some way, provided less than acceptable service. In this case? They left it dirtier than they found it, there was an oily substance on the dash and center console and I had to clean up the oil they left spilt across the top of the engine and around the oil filter housing. Additionally upon receipt of the car, I discovered that the dealer had rotated the tires but not calibrated them with the car's computer. I had to run the identification/configuration myself. Given this level of "Professionalism" I would certainly never trust them to do something that actually requires a real mechanic.

My wife dropped off my vehicle about 9am to have the AC/heat checked with the Service Department. She told David Craddock that there was no air blowing from the ceiling vents, and there was clicking noise from the dash by they radio, as well as from the rear right trunk area. David calls me and says that the three actuators need replacing. 2 in the front, 1 in the back. I told him to replace them all if that' will solve the problem. He left a message on my voicemail stating my vehicle was done and ready for at 2pm. I called him back to verify if my vehicle is fixed and ready for pickup. He said it was. I called an Uber to pick it up. Got there, paid him and then started my vehicle. Immediately, I hear the clicking behind the dash. I went in and told David it's still clicking up front, and he says "I guess I should have told you that." He can't explain what they did to my vehicle, which I just paid for. So I ask to speak to the service manager. He appears to be as lost as David. Then he says they didn't do any work up front of the vehicle. I pointed out my invoice and he said oh, they changed one of the actuators, and then the other was loose, so they tightened it. No one seems to know what work was done to my Navigator, that I just paid to get repaired. Stay away from AutoNation Ford @ 7700 Blanding Blvd.

Had a great experience today with salesman Josh Bessent. He was very helpful and had patience to explain every detail of each vehicle I was interested in. He did not make me feel pressured at all to purchase but a great salesman. Thanks again for all your help and making a difference in the car industry.

Dropped my car off for a recall to be fixed. Didn't have any issues with my tires or indications that any were low. Took 2 days before I got a call that my car was fixed. When I went to pick up my car the tire was completely flat. The mechanic said he would plug it as I said when we dropped it off we had no issues and there were no nails. So he did the plug and aired it up. We went out of town as we told them prior to getting the recall fix we were doing (NC ) when we got back my tire was leaking. We aired it up and took it to sams for a free patch (as my tires are still very new ) and they told us the plug was on the sidewall and he couldn't believe me and my kids were driving like this!! After multiple attempts to speak with autonation to get a resolution still nothing. No one ever calls back returns voicemails. Richard the manager stated he would call us back on Thursday later in the day.... Here it's Monday and still no calls
