the worst customer service I've ever seen, I've been there for service my truck and I ask for brake parts, pads and rotors they had my ticket and Vin number and this guy Raymond sales parts give me the estimate and said they have everything in stock,so I pick up the parts and wet home them I figured out they give me the wrong parts so the next day I went back to return the parts and get the right one but they said they don't have in stock they will find the parts in couple hours. Horrible experience the sales parts guy don't have knowledge.

Excellent experience buying a pre owned vehicle. Frenki was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. We had a great experience and will be considering them again when we are in the market for another car.

I recently worked with Doug Hastings and his managers at Autonation for the urchase of a used Mustang GT. I feel I received a good deal on the car, and overall a good experience. My only two issues were: I arrived with all of my paperwork, including approval from my bank, insurance info already transferred, the old plate for the car. Unfortunately, it still took over 3 hours, one of which was sitting waiting for the finance person. I did find that frustrating. The other issue is they only had a single key fob for the car. They did give me a used fob to be programmed, but now I need toi go to a locksmioth and get it reprogrammed or buy a new fob. A car should have two keys (especially for the price I paid).

I’ve had the WORST service experience here. The service advisor assigned to me was subpar. I would never recommend. My vehicle was here longer than needed (due to my service advisor NOT labor/ parts). I picked up my vehicle only to realize the issue is STILL unresolved.I’ve placed multiple calls to express my concern and work toward resolution though there is NO urgency as I have yet to receive any return call. Please take your business elsewhere.

I don't know if you're in a crunch maybe but right now they're at capacity which is fine and I appreciate them telling me this but whoever I spoke to on the phone I was in the middle of talking and she just hung up because she was done with what she had to say, and that's just really rude Honestly, I'd rather just go anywhere else.

One star because I couldn't give it ZERO stars. They do not communicate with the customer. . . AT ALL! When you call to check on your car late in the afternoon your call will go to voice mail about 100% of the time. And don't bother leaving a message. They don't listen to them, and they certainly don't return calls! For that matter don't waste your time with their "Service" Department at all. I've gotten two DIFFERENT paid diagnoses for the exact same problem! When you speak with the Service Department, even in person, the apathy is palpable. Your concerns are definitely NOT their concerns! Horrible dealership!

Just purchased a car there yesterday. Got home to look at the paperwork. They did not give us the Autonation Certified warranty and instead only gave us the 5 day 250 mile warranty. Plus the miledge they listed on the contract was the advertised miledge not the miledge from the day we purchased the car. So basically we have no warranty at all. Watch they will also sneak in a dealer fee after verbally telling me it was one price with nothing beyond tag, tax, title.DO NOT TRUST THEM. They are basically liars. I wish I could post images on here cause we have screenshots of what was promised. Awful people, awful company.

The service department is a joke. No one knows what's going on. Don't bother scheduling a service because that time doesn't mean anything. 45mins of sitting around...took a discussion with the manager (who looked completely overwhelmed) to get the vehicle back for service.

I have an on going problem with dealership that isn't yet solved as of 05/10/2023. the facts:- They profiled me because I'm a foreigner (French) to tricked me into unwanted services and added about $10,000 extra to the cost of the vehicle. They also use my Social Security Number without my consent and run it multiple times.- The way they operate is they get the deal agreed on paper between you and the sales person, manager THEN when in front of the finance person everything change. In my case what they did is adding 9 months to the loan length so they could hide an extra $10,000 on top of the purchase price. They also violate the agreement they have with Bank of America by not respecting the BOA letter of approval and running my Social Security number with other lenders without my consent in order for them to get potential extra commissions.

We bought our daughter a used Mazda CX5 from this dealership in February 2023. When we arrived to test drive the car, the battery was dead. They promised to replace it and we came back the following day to test drive it.The car drove fine. We were assured that if anything did go wrong it would be covered by the warranty that they promise on all of of their used cars.5 days later, our daughter's car wouldn't start. on our own dime, we had to get the car towed to our mechanic. The whole time we were in contact with Autonation who assured us that it would be covered by the warranty. Turns out that the battery was completely dead. The battery they had originally replaced. We have tried to contact Autonation since February to get this billed paid.... CRICKETS! We have tried to contact anyone we can that will honor the warranty. This is just bad business. Don't trust the warranty!!

So, they sold me an overpriced car. Massively overpriced, but it's exactly what I wanted! So I'm fine with that. What I'm not fine with was being coerced into a warranty I didn't want. And when I went to cancel it three months down the road, I was assured I'd be prorated the warranty back. It's been a year and a half. I've sometimes gotten them to answer me on the phone, they claim "that person isn't here! We'll get back to you." And never do. But after enough harassment, a year later I got an email from a Christine Fleeman! Who said it would be done. But then began to ignore my emails. So, very professional. I plan on reporting this behavior. Maybe the BBB will care? I'm not sure. But it's upsetting and frankly disgustingly unprofessional behavior.UPDATE: Their "General Manager's" phone number (904) 270-9943 isn't even an active phone number. :) Completely dead

Walked in and there were two people sitting there behind the service desk directly in front of me. Stood there for like five minutes and was never acknowledged by either of them so I just left.
