Our first experience was a classic bait and switch; got us in the door with an phone conversation about a Q8 then suddenly couldn't honor it " there must have been a miscommunication". We left disappointed and bought elsewhere. We decided it might be a one off and returned for a few months later to see if they could help us get into our desired second vehicle (Q5) but again were shown a much pricer out of range version " you're going to love this one though" .
When I asked where were the numbers for my original in budget choice, I was brushed off. This was after sitting for an hour while they " figured out numbers" - classic transparent and insulting tricks to wear us down. Just a tired , unprofessional experience on both visits. We ended up going to Mercedes across the street and received much better service. We are loyal to Audi, but will not return to the Orange Park store. If you want an Audi, beware of this place.

The absolute best dealership experience I have ever had in my life! This dealership deserves a rave review. Terrance, Kyle, Ron, Michael, James, were all so kind, accommodating, welcoming, respectful, etc. Amazing dealership! 10 stars

Appalling customer service. 5 star reviews must be fake. I called yesterday 8/20 roughly in the morning 11ish or so, to essentially purchase a vehicle cash. I spoke with a rep who, at the time, seemed eager to help and make a deal happen. BOY was I wrong. Come 6p, I decided to call again and speak with someone else since the rep Matt, wasn't interested in selling me a vehicle. Here I am, at 3:27p on 8/21, on hold for 31 minutes waiting to speak with someone about giving them my money. What a joke your customer service is. Thank you.

I was fortunate to work with Israel Walker and he is impressive. I didn't know enough about Audi's but Israel knows and explains the various features between their cars. He was incredibly patient and allowed me to drive multiple cars until I decided on what was right for me. He loves selling Audi cars and his passion comes through with genuine authenticity. I also had the pleasure of working with Mike Linford. As soon as I walk in Mike gives a wonderful greeting and assures me I'll be taken care of and that's exactly what took place. If you want to buy a great car from great people, do yourself a favor and go to Audi of Orange Park.

A complete nightmare experience.
I found a car (Lexus) on the website. I made an appointment to see the car (on a Saturday). I made it clear to the salesman that I was securing financing through my bank. A deposit would hold the car until the loan came through (the next business day) which I thought was fair.
I filled out paperwork, placed the deposit and was told the car would be delivered to me the next week (I live 90 minutes away).
After securing financing, I was unable to reach my salesman Mon, Tues or Wed. I placed several unreturned calls to the dealership. Finally, I was told the car was sold and rudely told the deposit only holds the car for 48 hours, which is understandable (but not on any paperwork I signed or verbally expressed to me). Nonetheless, I TRIED MULTIPLE TIMES TO GET IN TOUCH WITH MY SALESMAN AND THE DEALERSHIP ON MONDAY, TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY.
It has been a nightmare to get the loan cancelled and the deposit returned. Clearly, they prioritize unethical in-house lending practices. So be careful.
I should have realized this dealership was dysfunctional when the salesman told me he would never purchase an audi, only lease one (as they are unreliable vehicles). Also, the other salesman walking around without shoes was a nice touch.
I purchased a vehicle closer to home, but would NEVER recommend this place.

They worked with me for almost a month, and I got a car that I was not expecting to Get but God allowed these Men ( Glen, Leo and Cole) to help put me in a beautiful new car and I will working with them again a and sending Family and Friends to Audi of Orange park

took my car to the manufacturer to be fixed And was told I could not be helped so I was recommended to bring to back the dealership where I rough try car. I Got my car serviced by Al Miller and he was an excellent communicator and he went above and beyond to help me and contact the extended warranty company to make sure that my experience with them was SUPERB!!!! Thank you so much!!!!

I had the best experience today and I found my dream car with the help of David and Eddie. I am extremely grateful that this was a swift and easy process and I’m just happy that my car search was over. I was able to get an Audi S5 with no money down. Overall my experience was 10 out of 10 I’m am so grateful I got the two best sales associates that were able to work with me and making my dreams come true. Thank you again!

Watch out in the used department! They’ll put unsafe, broken vehicles on the lot. Then the “man of my word “ totally goes back on it. I’m sure some deals are fair, but you better be a mechanic when you check the vehicle out cuz they’ll be quick to reply to your complaint when you find something wrong that ”as is is as is”. They say one thing and do another. Too many other ethical people to do business with.

I was in dire need of getting into a new lease. My lease was months away from ending and I was already way over mileage. A close friend referred me to Israel Walker at AOP. From the very beginning, he was responsive, vigilant, super cool, and he constantly updated me regarding a potential deal. He went over and above to secure approval for a phenomenal lease deal on a beautiful A6. Just an all around seamless and great experience.
Couldn’t possibly recommend him, and the whole place, more.

Got my "certified pre owned" 2021 Audi Q7 less than 3 months ago, already had an issue with the sealing on the parking sensors. I brought it in and apparently sealant is not covered on my warranty and I had to pay $1800 out of pocket to repair it. They tried to add on a $1,200 oil change because they didnt have records but I had proof that it was done and I would not be getting it done again. If I didnt put down so much money on this car I'd trade it in already lol.

On today, Elijah negotiated a deal that excluded the cost of optional package for a USED vehicle. The manager (Mike) called me and stated a counter offer (increased $800 plus taxes). At my request, Mike stated he would return call with final numbers. No call. When I arrived, the car was gone and supposedly, so was Elijah.
Instead of closing the deal, Mike recanted and stated he would NOT sell me the car i.e., honor the negotiated deal of "21,888 and some change" unless I agreed to purchase OPTIONAL advantage package at a reduced rate (additional $1300). Meaning, Mike REFUSED to honor the deal because I would not agree to the inflated amount (with or without package) which was NEVER discussed as a requirement to purchase the automobile.
Bottom line: Recanting negotiated deal (twice) was shady, and unprofessional while laced with an condescending attitude as the ONLY African American standing in the establishment at the time being labeled as "disgruntle".
