Customer service sucks royally!!!! You sit for two hours waiting for you vehicle to be serviced there's no vending machines no complimentary drinks except water and coffee no loaner vehicles no drivers to take you to get food and then they charge you 800 for oil change and brake fluid replacement never buy an Audi my son owns a Mercedes and he get sandwich and chips and my daughter owns a Lexus and she gets massage and services are why cheaper

I was in route in our 2019 Q8 from Philadelphia to South Florida when an engine light went on. I googled the location of an Audi dealer which directed us to Audi Jacksonville. Todd, a service advisor cheerfully dropped what he was doing to check it out. It needed a quart of oil which he promptly went to get and topped it off. Not only was this superior service but he made us feel welcome to the dealership. I forgot to mention there was no charge! I wanted to tip him but he refused to take it. Thanks Todd!

I was in contact with a few salesmen regarding the 2013 Cadillac suv and finally decided to take an almost 3hr drive. After arriving my mom took it for a test drive and the engine light came on which was supposed to be fixed and the vehicle cut off in traffic and thankfully we weren't hurt. I also placed a cd in the cd player to make sure it worked and true to everything else that happened it would not eject. I was told it would be mailed to me, I called and sent text messages and they went unreturned or answered for 3wks. While there I later asked Derek about the INFINIti suv and he went to retrieve it, I noticed him going back and forth then getting his manager to later find out the power steering pump went out. He then brought another vehicle and it was badly damaged broken mirror among other things. I definitely would not recommend Audi Jacksonville because they're not true to their word and the vehicles they are pushing onto customers are not safe and the quality is poor!

I don't recommend getting your car serviced or have any mechanical issues fixed here. They will absolutely overcharge you. They wanted to charge me $500 just to look at it and tell me what's wrong with my 2019 Audi a3 S line. So I took it to auto zone for them to tell me why my check engine light was on for free. Apparently it was my o2 sensor. I called back the next week and told them I need my o2 sensor replaced and they stated that it would be 900$ so I told them I would call back to check prices. I called back the next day and they then quoted me at 3000$ instead, for an o2 sensor replacement. I ended up going to Tonys European auto service! He charged me $300 to replace and it only took 30mins. Never had an issue with my car ever since then.

Worst service ever..... Nick was condescending and wanted to charge $600 to fix my navigation that Audi corrupted with their automatic download. I told him his survey would be affected and incredibly the survey never showed up. He told me to call the manager with my problems- sorry- shouldn't the manager be calling me?? Audi Jax lost my business, my family's business, and will share my experience with every person I come in contact with.

Worst buying experience ever. Don't buy a vehicle from them!!! All smiles until you sign don't stand behind their name!!!! Poor managed and service dept. is not helpful. George was rude and refused to fix my air bag problem in my car.

Purchased used vehicle over phone from another state and after car was delivered it took 3 months for them to get title corrected and send plates to us. It was a calamity of errors on their part but the worst part was that I couldn't get a return call from amanager to help and had to go through Audi HQ

Love this dealership. I took my car in for service and everyone is so friendly. My service guy Rob is great. When I left my car for service they text me update. I love that they communicate with you constantly. I'm also able to work in a cubicle when I go in for a short service.
