Had an awful experience with customer service. Went in to the store and had CJ take care of my issues. He literally diagnosed the problem in a matter of minutes and gave us a solution that 2 hours of being on the phone with customer service couldn’t. You can tell he cares about his job and customers as well as being passionate about technology. Thank you CJ!

Came here to have my boyfriends phone screen protector installed and surprisingly got mine replaced as well. Through conversation about my previous experience at a different location that went disappointing and had botched my screen protector installation, the store owner Rebecca had her employee Chris replace my screen protector without a second thought. The fact a team who had no hand in my previous bad experience tried to rectify my issues was a level of customer service I wasn’t expecting. We are very grateful to Rebecca and Chris for their part in ensuring this location becomes our home base off of customer service alone.

Andrew is the most helpful employee at any company that I have had the pleasure of speaking with in a while. He was attentive and extremely detail oriented. He helped us find the perfect phone and did everything very quickly. He helped us make the best decisions and overall made our day! More employees like Andrew would make AT&T the best company out there.

VERY poor customer service experience. Sales representative (Andrew) was NOT knowledgeable and could not answer basic questions related to the different packages included on the promotional sheet he provided. His response to our questions were that the paper was clear. When we said that wasn’t the case because we had questions about some of the statements on it, he said we could call the ATT number. When we asked if there was anyone else at the store who could answer our questions, his response was that we could call the ATT number ourselves. (We would have expected him to offer to make that call instead of telling us to do so.). Additionally, when he went to demonstrate how the service worked, he was unable to get the tv to turn on. When he mentioned the problem to another representative in the store, that person shrugged it off and commented .— I guess we need a new tv. We got the sense overall that this sales representative didn’t want to be there and could clearly care less about the customer experience. He was very disrespectful. We left the store out of frustration and without any confidence that anyone in the store knew anything they were talking about. Shortly afterwards we went to a different ATT store off Atlantic in Jacksonville and had an entirely different, very positive experience. The representatives in the store off Atlantic were exemplary, very knowledgeable, and clearly Peyton meeting customers’ needs. The staff at the Hodges location could learn quite a few things from the staff at the Atlantic location.

Poor customer services and knowledgesmanager convince me to change services and add Wi-fi . i was so happy and left store tech come out instal the wi fi and he left and then I find out that line do not work ( this is my home office ) I call to have tech back to fix and this is still 10 days deal they send tech to wrong address and state , still issues and charges are 100 more that promise and they change names and all my info so I can t access my own accountPlease be careful There not knowledge’s or like of experience coast a lot
