There is a reason this company has a B rating on BBB. Horrible customer service, fee happy, and generally a dirty place. This company will charge a fee for anything and everything. Your bill will quickly double. Their operation wouldn't be hardly as ridiculous if their website and payment portal wasn't down most of the time. Avoid.

The facility here is great, but the staff makes it even better. Joan is always cheerful and personable and was super helpful. When I initially rented the unit and got there we realized that it was going to be too small for what I needed to store and she got me swapped right over. The facility is easy to access and they do have carts in the lobby to make it easy to move your stuff.

No loading zone for trailer (even though they will tell you there is), old facility, loading an unloading is extremely difficult because door or elevator lips in the floor, and they require a social security number to start service. I had dropped and broken items because of those lips and moving carts getting stuck. I have had 5 storage units and this by far was the worst. I have had all pleasant experiences with storage units except for this one. I can't believe they have 5 star reviews. Staff is friendly if you can find them, but that is the only reason I gave them two stars

I have rented at this Old St Augustine location for the last 2 months. I want to say I am more then pleased. I will be moving out this week but I just would like to say the people running this location are just outstanding from the beginning to the end. I screwed and forgot to call when I should have to let them know I would be leaving at the end of July. I spoke with Judy and I feel she just went above snd beyond to accommodate me. Thanks Judy great customer service which you don’t always see today! Highly recommend this location!! Will spread the word n recommend your location. Thanks Marie

After signing a lease, 3 months later, I get a letter in the mail stating: “we find it necessary to increase your monthly rental rate.”I’m not in town anymore, and this is extremely unfair after signing a contract with them.I have two options: pay a higher monthly rate becauseultimately I have no choice, or drive back to town, move out of my unit and move into somewhere else due to this injustice.Extremely unfair. Bad business practice: how to be unfair to your customers.

I have to say that Moe and Maegan gave one of the best customer experiences I've ever had, much less at a self storage facility.They were both incredibly friendly and helpful right from the beginning. After filling out the online application, I was greeted with an email from Maegan explaining that I would need to come in to sign my docs before I could access my unit. I told her that I would need to come by after work and I might not make it today. She replied offering to stay late if needed so that I would be able to get my unit today. This was before I had even met her in person or talked with them. This theme of going out of their own way to be awesome was carried out through my entire interaction with the team. They were able to answer all of my questions with ease and showed me how everything worked before I left the facility. I wouldn't hesitate to reccomended this facility or the staff to absolutely anyone. Really awesome experience!

You guys really are customer focused! During the Covid-19 Pandemic, I was getting behind in payments and you worked patiently with me until I caught up. In ADDITION, your company gave TRUCKLOADS of groceries to customers who signed up. This was such a blessing! Not only did you provide items I would've bought myself, but over and above. I am a fan!
