Atlantic Self Storage rates are consistently higher than other storage facilities. Additionally, they continuously have rate increases. This was supposed to be a gated/secure storage facility, however the gate has been broken for over two months and still not fixed. Moved out to a nicer facility that is also less expensive. Do your research and you will find much better options.

This is what you get when you rent here. Glad I took my Business elsewhere. Management is the worst part, but this didn't help.

Atlantic Self Storage was there when I needed them. When I needed a 2nd unit, they got it for me on the spot. Thank you so much Jessica and Jeremy for being prompt, professional and accommodating.

I've been at this location for over a year now. The management team is responsive if needed. They keep the location secure, clean and are friendly to us customers day in and out.

If I could give 0 stars I would because of the new managers. Their attitude towards my family and others is appalling. Removing things around from one unit to another and were planning on putting something else into the unit that we had with them but with the way they spoke to my family and friends while we were moving things around I have decided to cancel and never associate with Atlantic storage ever again the people at u store are much more friendly and down to earth family oriented

Social Security Number required to rent here. Sharing that sensitive information is unnecessary in this scenario. Other self storage facilities DO NOT require SSN - despite what Atlantic Self Storage management will tell you.

Got us in and out quick. Signed up in under 25 minutes. Great staff and clean facility. Awesome manager was very helpful and friendly.

Next to my unit someone hit the unit wall and left it open to the outside environment I told them about it they would not fix it told me they have been trying for a year meanwhile rats had entered my unit from the other unit and ate my belongings and left rat droppings on everything insurance would not cover it and they will not Get back in contact with me handled very poorly and I would not recommend them to anyone

Place is horrible for many many reasons. Have been a customer for 5 years and they can’t stop increasing the cost each year when we pay in full in advance. Also the climate control broke and was out for two months. Do you think they would credit our account? Nope they didn’t.Also they don’t tell their tenants with a simple email communication when another tenant has been slowly breaking and entering into others units and stealing items. We found out over a month later when we went to grab items out of the u it. So good luck to us to find our family’s items.I’d give zero stars if I could.

Really wish I could give zero stars. This place is poorly run. They had major theft out of multiple units and didn't tell any tenants to come check their units to see if they had a break In. So a month n half later we go to our unit like any normal day to find our unit was broken into and family items are stolen. Of course they won't do anything for us.
