Always an issue with getting into the property. Not very nice staff and current tenants are very rude and block the access in the mornings.

THEY HUSTLED ME FOR $25.Put a hold on a unit, and they never told me I had to provide my FULL SS# to them. I DON'T DO THAT since I was a fraud victim. Since we were at an impass, I asked for a refund on my unit hold. The manager told me, "we don't give refunds." I explained that her employees never made that clear to me when signing and charging me. She told me it's on the website... I didn't make an online purchase. I came in, so why wouldn't they disclose that? For $25, you've lost a customer for life, and I'm telling ppl not to use you.

This place is so clean it reminds me of a hospital. Lots of access and quiet corridors without stuff laying around in the hallways. Very comfortable and safe feeling even at night. Place is huge

Have a big unit here and still have some room for more if your looking to get some things out of you home or garage to free up space it's money well spent climate controlled and motion lights big elevator and always a set of stairs and many locations around Duval County
