Had a 7am appt for mudflap clips. Car was not even taken til an hour and 15 min later to be inspected. Their quoted price was ridiculous and then they tried to sell me other services. 2 hrs later I left. I refused ALL services. They will not be touching my car.

Bought a used non-Toyota vehicle, taking a little risk at this location. For one, they don’t like you to test drive it too far or enough to get a feel. Because it is a busy area, could not try out the cruise control. Turns out, the cruise control does not work as it needs to be re-calibrated. Of course they will not do it as it is a non-Toyota vehicle. So my car is sitting at the GMC dealer while they troubleshoot, and I am stuck at home with no car having to take vacation days until they fix the problem.
Recommend you check all the systems and have them diagnose any issues before getting the car; wish I had done that before agreeing to purchase. Now I am paying in time by having my car sit in a different dealership for an unknown amount of time.
The 2 stars are for Argis, who was nice and not too pushy and a decent person to work with.
The 0 stars are for their care in making sure they sold a proper working vehicle. I would not recommend buying a non-Toyota at this location.

I was here yesterday to test drive a few used cars. I got in the first Tacoma and there were ants everywhere. They got all over me and I had to quickly jump out. We then moved on to the next Tacoma and someones lunch and garbage was sitting in the passenger seat.

Have purchased our vehicles from Arlington Toyota for close to 20 yrs. Have always been satisfied.
This is the 2nd time we have had Saif as our salesman & definitely been satisfied. Both our children have used him in the past also.

Jorge, the Sales GM, and the Finance manager were all excellent. They were very kind and patient. This is my second purchase from Arlington Toyota. I recommend this dealership and Jorge especially. He is very knowledgeable of the products and it was a pleasure doing business with him. Thank you!

Absolutely horrific experience. The sales people were overcharging and undervaluing trade. Finally came to an agreement and then they hit us with the $3,000 of “optional expenses” for some vehicle gps finder, car unlocking service, and $400 for the tint that was already installed. We politely delinked these “optional expenses” and then they pulled out of the deal just like that. An absolute sham of a dealership. The sales people don’t seem that interested in helping and were very passive the whole time. The manager was pleasant at first but apparently gets some kind of kick back for thee “optional expenses” because they were not optional. Would highly advise looking elsewhere for a used car.
