Made an appointment for an oil change and it took 4 hours to complete. Walk-ins that came after me for an oil change left before me. It's not the people there, it's the process. The general manager needs to talk to the service manager and get ideas to streamline the process or develop a process that works. It was a complete shitshow with zero leadership with excuse after excuse. Apparently from all the reviews for the poor service, this has been going for too long. This was my last visit.

I recently had an outstanding experience buying my new car from Arlington Toyota. My car salesman, Kevin Figueiredo, truly went above and beyond. From guiding us through the paperwork to the entire car-buying process, Kevin's expertise and professionalism were remarkable.During the test drive, Kevin's knowledge of the car was impressive. Since moving to Jacksonville I have purchased all of my vehicles and had all my body repair done at this location. After my current experience with the collision center that will no longer be the case. After quoting a 2 week repair my vehicle has been in the shop for 6 weeks. I understand delays occur but there has been no communication. Voice messages are a waste of time because they will not call you back. The only way to actually talk to someone is to physically arrive at the location and walk into their office. Then it's more false promises and general lack of willingness to take any responsibility for the delays. It is always someone else's fault. After the most recent rude call I have had enough and will not deal with them again. In short total lack of communication, unrealistic deadlines, and not pleasant to deal with. I wish I could speak to the quality of the work but my car is still not ready yet.

Had an appointment at 0700 when they opened for service. When I called a week prior to schedule the appointment, I was advised the issue for my truck not shifting out of park unless shift release was engaged would take about 2-3 hours.I dropped my truck off at 0700 and walked over to a nearby business to pass time. My truck sat for 3 hours untouched. Then once it was diagnosed, it took another 5 hours to fix a minor electrical issue. I was charged for the diagnostic check and about 1 hour of labor plus a $40 part. If it was only a small amount of labor, why did it take so long.Poor service, lack of respect for their customers time, and incompetent workers.I will not be returning and advise against coming here for service. This dealership gives Toyota a bad name when they're excellent vehicles.

Total ripoff. Was lowballed on a trade. Took it some place else and they gave me 6k more on trade with no haggling. Then they want to charge an Arlington Toyota Total Value Package of $1,885.00 for any car you buy which is just a bunch of crap you can have as a AAA member. Sales rep I was dealing with, we were going back and forth through text, he apparently goes home for the evening and doesn't bother telling me, so I was sitting around waiting on him for nothing. Previously bought a car here a little over a year ago, won't come back again.

i just purchased a 4Runner at Arlington Toyota with Gerry Rodriguez. Gerry spent several hours with me walking me through the process. He went above and beyond. When we found a small Knick in the paint, Toyota ordered a new part rather than try to repair it. We are very happy with the car. Ponte and Michael in Finance were both very helpful. Londa(apologies if mispelled) was very rude. She told me my question was common sense and refused to transfer me to a supervisor. She kept talking over me and wasn't listening to answer my question..I ended up going to a different dealership

I've decided that I will no longer have my [used] vehicle that I purchased here serviced at this location. While the customer service center is clean and very nicely set up for customers to wait and possibly work remote, I haven't had a great experience the past few service visits. The online appointment setup is nice and easy to setup an service appointment and indicating what you want or do not want serviced at this visit. I have had so many things break on my vehicle after leaving here that I do believe the employees here are just treating you as a number and not taking the total care they promote.I do not mind working on my own vehicle, but I was convinced when I purchased this plan on top of my original purchase this would be an easy in & out maintenance plan. Each visit I've been there for half my day even with an appointment. I have to argue about what was included in the original plan as they now want to upcharge for things like tire rotations that were my original plan. And the complimentary wash is a joke as they rush you out after waiting hours for the scheduled service [ just an oil change].

Got a good deal recently. For Filipinos, just approach Sir Gil Mariano and he'll surely guide you with all the choices that they have. Very accomodating and will really give you many options. The process is also quick and hassle-free.
