Thank you to the wonderful folks who work here. They made it very easy for me, even though I showed up without an appointment and without all the info they needed on hand. Lovely experience over all. I greatly appreciate how hard they work to help out in this time of need for everyone. Just incredible staff.

I called for help with my rent, was told I had to be in my rental for a year. Is that right after I renew my lease and the rent goes up? Doesn't make sense. The people are very mean. You represent the church? God is not pleased, you will answer for your treatment of people. You will be reap what you sow.

So judging by the Reviews-I’m not crazy.That old white woman was a trip, to say the least ! And the good reviews must be white also . I noticed that they are white also on google reviews. So I know my skin color must be playing a part!I think she’s racist to be honest.I mean I just showed up not knowing the rules. First timeShe was wanting so much information I just told her-“you don’t even have to give me the food” but how your going to put people with hungry kids through this foolishness.”She tore the paper up and said-“ no food for you then”My daughter has been literally losing weight and I’m homeless, for nearly three years now.But I go to my daughter to try and bring what I can to help and help out.What has this stupid country come too.I hope this lady will stop judging others based on what they experience has been. Everyone’s different.You can have compassion a bit if you really know Jesus. But I can’t see that resemblance in her just resentment and bitterness!

When my mom and I walked in the front doors to the office, first thing we both realized was that the lady sitting at the desk wasn't welcoming and was definitely not going to be nice. This much was obvious by the look on her face that might as well have just said 'Great what do they want' as soon as we could all see each other. But hey, maybe she just has one of those faces that just look like that soooo we walked in and said hello and told her why we were there and immediately realized that wasn't just her facial expression when she began speaking. She was rude and acted like she didn't have time to listen to us and altogether it was just a bad experience. Would never recommend anyone going there for whatever reason because she's just gonna make you feel even worse than you might be feeling already on top of hopeless. Worst customer experience I've seen in a long time.

I give 2 stars because I'm grateful they even gave me anything. But your 2 office ladies make me never want to come for help again. One told me I get a gold star for "listening and following directions" and "2 gold stars if I actually show up and followed the directions." This after I went out of my way to be nice because she was so hostile. If I need help why would you constantly insinuate im stupid, you think that helps me? Yall are jaded. I'll pray for you.

Took veteran to get services; sweet women that ran it were grateful I did. They gave him stuff he needed. I thanked them for them taking care of him. Love abounds in this building!
