I am a customer so this is an actual customers review!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! personally I’ve had this storage for 7 months with autopay. I had a family emergency and asked to pay the following week. My storage is now locked out. They blame it on the system because they are ridiculous. Find a storage facility besides this place that work with humans. Like be serious one week when I called and asked if it would be ok. UPDATE: Dorothy reached out and we spoke on the issue in which Dorothy rectified the situation.

RATS!!!!!Rented a unit for one month and when we went to move out we found that rats had chewed through 4 of my five sectional couches, damaged cushions, chewed up a car seat, chewed up a stroller, and chewed through numerous boxes. Rat droppings were littered all over my boxes and all over the floor of my unit. Also, many items had mildew on them and were damp from water that must have been leaking from the roof.If you value your belongings, do not use this facility. Their units are infested with rodents and they leak when it rains.

A good enough storage solution. The security gate is not operational fairly often. The climate control temperature is slightly better than outdoor temperatures, probably because it is single story rather than multiple stories.They do provide several carts to move goods from the door to the storage unit

They are always egger and able to help me with issues and questions. Very friendly and kind. They put the paperwork and process pretty clearly and open. They could not make it easier or quicker. 100% recommended!

just got called a “f*ckin idiot” because they do not keep up with their inventory. I moved out of A426 and was making sure I did not have to return anything or pay anything. Racist old white guy with bad teeth in the front belittled me. yelled at me and cursed at me. Gave me attitude soon as I walked in. Was rolling his eyes & taking deep breaths as I was talking. im assume it’s because I’m black because He was very nice to the white couple that came in behind me. It’s honestly sad and sickening I’ll never recommend this place to anyone.
