I love the Animal Clinic of Mandarin. The staff are so friendly and the office is nice and clean. Dr. Kaiser has an affinity for what she does and I love having peace of mind that she has the best interest for my pet. The Trupanion insurance is amazing and the fact that Dr. Kaiser handles all the paperwork makes it even more easy and convenient and necessary to have this insurance. All I had to do was enroll and Dr. Kaiser handled everything from there. It has been such a relief knowing anytime my pet goes to the doctor all paperwork is taken care of so all I have to focus on is my pup.

We are so grateful and relieved to have found this practice on a Friday morning! After our sweet Charlie stopped eating for several days, we decided he was telling us that a goodbye was in order. Dr. Kaiser and her staff received us that day to attend to our 14-year-old cat---what an empathetic, compassionate group! Total understanding, no guilting us into a "treatment plan." They assured us we had given our rescue cat a good, long life. Yes, a sad event, but we and our buddy were treated respectfully and tenderly. It was a very sweet process and we were able to have our hands on him the entire time as he was eased out of this world. Many thanks.?

I brought my Newfoundland in today for the first time for some skin problems he has. Dr. Kaiser and her staff were very friendly and accommodating. I told her that I didn’t have a lot of money at the moment and her and her tech were very understanding. Her technician went over the price with me throughout the exam which I greatly appreciated. I was a little nervous about the few low ratings they have but I highly recommend going here! Bear will definitely be back so he can slobber some more on Dr. Kaiser!

I’ve had the privilege of working with Dr Kaiser for 11 years. She is the most knowledgeable, caring, professional vet I have known in the many years of being a pet owner. Her love of and care for pets is second to none.

I took my dog here for the first time and he had a fantastic time. He was treated with such care and love and Dr. Kaiser and the girls really listened to my previous experience and treated us with such great attitudes. Dr. Kaiser really took her time with my dog and I really appreciated that, I didn't feel rushed in or out of the door.
I also had to take one of my other dogs here in an emergency and they realloy made both of us feel safe and cared for and got her on the mend and even called the next day to check in which I think is above and beyond care.

I have been taking my two dogs here for the last several years. Dr. Kaiser is a very knowledgeable practitioner and I trust her expertise. She also clearly has a strong passion for helping animals.
Having two dogs, I know that veterinary costs can get expensive. Luckily, her office accepts pet insurance and can help provide information for those who are unsure of where to start.
Recently, my senior dog needed to have dental surgery and I (like most pet parents) was very nervous about the general anesthesia that would be necessary for the procedure. Dr. Kaiser performed preoperative tests to ensure that my dog could undergo treatment as safely as possible. She explained the risks vs. rewards and answered all of my questions and concerns with patience and compassion. She called me and kept me informed through the day. Surgery was a success and I am happy knowing that my senior dog will live out her golden years with the best possible quality of life as we continue to see Dr. Kaiser for regular veterinary care.

This clinic is absolutely wonderful! Dr. Kaiser is very caring and helpful about making sure your pet is provided with the best of care at a reasonable price. She is attentive and listens to any concerns or questions. She also takes the time to talk with you and inform you about ways to take even better care of your fur babies! Dr. Kaiser at Animal Clinic of Mandarin is the most personable, caring vet I've ever met. I was in urgent need of care for my German Shepherd Klaus, she squeezed me in same day within just an hour or two of calling. She's very thorough and upfront. My boy was suffering miserably and she was right on top of treating him. She even educated me about Advantage flea treatment that I'd been using for my circus of animals and how ineffective it truly is. I couldn't be happier with my experience here. Dr. Kaiser will be our family vet from now on!

Dr Kaiser and her tech Joe were calm and kind, taking great care of our cat and making sure we were comfortable and informed throughout the visit. The front desk aides were also professional and warm. This was our first time at the clinic and we feel great about Dr K and her staff caring for our beloved cat!

I’ve been taking my dogs to Dr. Kaiser for about ten years now. It is so difficult to find a veterinarian whose passion and dedication is clearly focused on the patient and genuine medical wellness of our pets. I genuinely believe The Animal Clinic of Mandarin is rare in that the love and wellness of our pets is their focus and not money. Dr. Kaiser referred me to Trupanion medical insurance for health insurance for my dogs. I don’t know what I would have done without this insurance. The company is amazing and everybody should look into them. The policy has paid for itself tenfold as my dog ages and ailments befall him. I always have peace in knowing that as he ages and ailments multiply I have a great Vet and Trupanion insurance to ensure that I don’t have to try and ignore his aches and pain for lack of money. Anyone who has pets knows what I’m talking about. It is extremely costly to keep our pets comfortable at the end of life. Without Trupanion insurance, I may have had to put him to rest years ago due to the cost of surgery, medication, lab, work, follow up appointments and the rest. We all owe it to our pets to give them the best life that they can have, which to me, includes being as comfortable as possible all the days of their short lives. I believe everyone should truly talk to their vet about Trupanion. If you don’t trust or don’t absolutely love the care your animals get wherever you currently go you need to call Dr. Kaiser and you will soon realize that what I have said here is true.

From routine vaccinations and regular check-ups to specialty procedures and senior dog care, Dr K has provided exceptional services. Dr K and team are a pleasure to work - they are passionate about your pet's health and take the time to communicate lab results clearly and talk through any questions you have. Highly recommend.
