They were great people here me and my fiance found a very malnourished pit in our apartment complex I brought it here and the staff immediately scanned it for a chip which it did have they were very professional and courteous

Honestly wish I could say something more positive about animal care and protective services. I work for a motel where more times than I could count dogs, and cats have been left behind and abandoned by their old owners.I would like for more places to call and reach out for help with these poor animals. Unfortunately there are limited resources available.I called and was supposed to get a call back later in the afternoon. I received a call 2 days later. Luckily the people that left their dogs came back. Imagine if they didn’t? I understand the limited amount of space, but I have to take care of these animals that are being abandoned. I can’t take care of them all…

Went down there Sat am. Adopted 2 4 month old cats. 1b, 1g, bag of food, lots and lots of toys, colar's, nice folks, doing gods work, God bless the crew! I saw lots of volunteers, they had lots, and lots of donations!

Adopted a dog from here aparet now to see he has health issues he's also so misbehaved I can't deal with it ruining my house aggressive they don't know anything about the dogs they have not even how old they really are they are kept in nasty poopy cages and not cleaned up when they give them to you I never seen a shelter like this I do not recommend

Do not go to a breeder! There are so many handsome dogs at this rescue! The workers are kind and the center is very clean and well run. They care about the animals!!!

if I can give this place negative stars I would, we filed a complaint against a neighbor poisoning cats officer shows up days later only to give us citations because we said he failed to do his job now we are going to file harrasment against this officer as he maliciously adding fines and when we ask for a supervisor he instead shows up to hand out more citations. this is bordering on criminal, we are filing ethics complaints and going to the states attorney to resolve our issues. when these people decide to go after you the city offers no recourse im in absolute disgust

We had a great time volunteering and walking the Puppies and passing out enrichments. It was great to see the TLC that all the staff gave to over 300 puppies.
