I had the rear window (tailgate) of my 2019 Mazda CX-5 replaced on 3/18/24 at my home in Lakeland. The technician, Dwayne, did an excellent job. He called me in the morning to confirm and give me a time estimate, and then he called again when he was 15 minutes out. He was very professional and did an extremely thorough and clean job. I was surprised by the complexity of the job in that there were so many sections of trim that had to be removed to fully expose the window. I would definitely use this service again and I would definitely ask for Dwayne. Of course I hope to never need to.

After driving for 5 hrs, just before reaching Jacksonville....ping...yes a peice of debris and a cracked windshield! Called Jenkins Hyundai, they recommended Kimberly @ AmeriPro. I had a limited window to complete the repair and Kimberly came through! After them accommodating my quickly changing schedule, Caleb & Nick showed up and saved the day! We found a sheltered location as the rain was looming. The guys were awesome! In less than and hour they removed the cracked one and installed the new one. They were confident, personable, professional and skilled. I can not thank everyone who pulled this off enough. You made a very stressful 3 days much less stressful. Thank You All!

This team is awesome and I had a great experience. Lisa was very helpful and patient with getting my insurance claim moved over to them. I was having issues getting the work scheduled with another company and once they took over I was scheduled within a week. Nick, who performed the install was great. Very knowledgeable and very personable. His work on my wife’s windshield was great. We’ve had zero issues. I had something come up on the day of my install and they worked around my schedule to accommodate my forgetfulness. This is how a business should operate and there are other businesses that could learn from them. it’s refreshing to know there are still businesses that believe in great customer service. Thanks again for everything!

Kimberly Cole with AmeriPro Auto Glass has provided exceptional customer service and a wonderful experience! She was able to help me get my windshield covered and replaced with the original equipment manufacturer, which was important with the safety features my car is equipped with. I am very grateful! She is efficient and great with communication. I highly recommend!!

The service and care I received was nothing short of amazing! Lisa was very attentive. She answered all of my questions. Responded to any and all request in a timely manner!
