Just staying a float with bills can be extremely stressful and sometimes hard to admit and ask for help. Even when I was on the phone with the agent (Michelle W. who was great by the way), I was still nervous about taking the leap to entering the program. But she was very patient, answered any questions and concerns I had and after seeing my new monthly payment to pay off my debts, it was really a no brainer and Im now on the road to financial freedom! Along with maintaining self discipline when it comes to impulse buying, she even had ideas to help me with that. If youre thinking about it, I would strongly suggest calling and talking to them at the very least.Edit: After I joined I have called in several times with additional questions or to help me understand something. Everyone Ive spoke with is always courteous and patient and leave me with a feeling I definitely made the right choice!

I definitely give American Consumer counseling a five-star I would give them a 10 star if it was possible. The gentleman that helped me, Mr. Pule was very knowledgeable and cared about me as a person wanting to get my credit back on track. I highly recommend this company ?
