First I want to say Amazon is nothing but a rip off .I ordered a pair of jeans two weeks before Christmas and I was expecting them around December to January , then I was tracking them and every time I checked it was something different or the time changed . Then finally it was delayed no reason why ,so I reach out to them . I told them I just wanted my cash back . they said I could get it back in a gift card. I said well I didn't pay in a gift card and I see what you are trying to do force me to purchase something else but I will not. ALL you guys do is pass the phone from one agent to another saying let me see if I can get someone to to help you with that and also they have these pay, center set up at publix on dunn ave were you can pay for purchase if you don't wont to use your credit card or debit. BE aware you will have problems getting your cash back if the item you order is out of stock or they don't tell you when you order online . I will say this, I am still waiting on my cash I don't have the jeans either and Jeff Besso you I calling you out to you deal with these companies . Don't try to get over on me. Hell you already a billionaire ,so give me my dam money . You ,amazon have been on the local news before for messing people around so I came to this platform to voice my opinion about your dirty company . Don't take from me. I earn my money and any thing. I am not pleased with you . Best believe i will let people know, the dush bag company. You have happy damn new yr !

Technically good company to work for if you're smart and think ahead when you see an issue that you have to take care of be ready to resign that day and immediately because if you don't there's a possibility of getting terminated and blacklisted. Heave this what Amazon be your temporary job. Yes the pay is decent compared to everywhere else. However try to go for outbound docks or inbound docks they're the easiest to work with.Find a company that you are interested in outside of Amazon and continuously apply do not let Amazon be your final job because they will be quick to fire you.you are a number to them but you can use and abused The profit gains that you get from Amazon when you work there.They rotate managers every 6 to 8 months possibly 9 but they rotate managers so do not try to become buddy-buddy you're going to have to have developed relatively deep skin for that situation.Not all managers team leads or associates at Amazon will not try to be there for your best interest there are a lot of people that are backstabbing because of their past issues.Amazon is your vacation job while you hunt for your main job do not make this your main job.

Extremely polite and respectful employees very helpful very knowledgeable in their job and what they were doing and how to help us. Was in and out in a very quick Manor had an interview drug test and was gone within 15. The only disappointment I had was the lady actually doing the drug test she seemed very irritated to be there, and very irritated to have to help anyone that made a mistake in doing their drug test. She did not pay attention to the screen when I try to tell her that my screen had skipped a page and then when I did my test wrong she made it out like I was an idiot when I try to tell her that the screen skipped and that was the whole reason I did it wrong. But all the other employees were amazing helpful happy smiling and made it a great place to be for the time I was there

Delivery to Amazon is a nightmare. Ever since the covid scare they got rid of all live people at the security gates, for health and safety reasons. Over the past 3 years it got progressively worse to the point where they use call centers in countries like India where English isn't even their second language. It is hard to talk to them, they don't even understand the international phonetic alphabet. People should be in the office, not where we have to speak to a microphone.

Orders always arrive on time or early. I also in fact work there and love it. If you ever looking for a fast paced job with a lot of friendly co workers come to amazon. It is a great place to work and meet all kinds of new people

I work there. Lots of young people to work with. Peculiar company culture. For the most part it's a very friendly workplace. Being 60 and working old school, the "kids" could use some discipline like teenagers need some guidance to avoid mediocrity and to reach their highest potential. It build respect, integrity, and enables them to get to the stars and beyond!!
