Hi, this is my first time using stand up guys and they have done an outstanding service. They were quick professional courteous and were accommodating to some small changes and stuff that I had. Super disappointed. The movers were fine, a little slow but friendly. But they didnt empty the water reservoir from my espresso machine before packing it and water got all over multiple appliances. Thank goodness nothing broke. After unpacking I discovered a few items were missing and they refuse to take responsibility. Unfortunately one of the items is artwork so I'm sure I won't be able to get any money out of a claim for it. Plus they way overcharged for packing supplies. Not a horrible experience but I wouldn't recommend

Had a great experience for my first pro move. Eugene & Amarion were absolute champs dealing with our belongings and I'm thrilled to have everything where I need it in our new home. Bonus points for dealing with an insane amount of stairs with a positive attitude. ??
