Wonderful person! Alicia prepared our taxes and we have been very pleased. We brought in a mess to say the least, and Alicia has done wonders in straightening it all out and very professional. We will be please to have our taxes completed by Alicia as long as she will allow.

Professional tax service. Very prompt replies from Alicia even being out of the country. Answered in detail regarding deductions. They have a great portal, with a chat service, that makes it easy to do business with them.
Highly recommend. Glad to have her services near my office in Avondale.

There is an element of comfort in knowing your Accountant is working on your behalf and in your best interest and is not just looking out for themselves and working for the almighty dollar.
To the client with the unsatisfactory review, it is unfortunate that you felt like you had a bad experience. It appears that Alicia has attempted to right any issues and I must ask, when and where have you been receiving tax (or any other professional) services for free? It is not unreasonable for anyone providing a service to expect payment when services are rendered. I am certain that you, as a new business owner, will quickly learn the necessity of asking for payment when it is not proffered. By your own admission, you were in the process of leaving as you were attempting to get "fully out of your seat" which would lead one to believe you perhaps forgot to pay which would warrant her request for payment. I myself totally forgot to pay her today and was about to leave when I was reminded. I did not take offense, I simply apologized for my error and wrote her a check.
Thank you again Alicia for your services. We will continue to use your services as long as you provide them and we will continue to make referrals as long as you are accepting new clients.
