Ronald was my tech/installer. Amazing!Courteous, knowledgeable, and personable. He confidently was able to accommodate all my questions and concerns. He set the bar very high for ADT. Looking forward to receiving the same type of “Ronald” service from other team members if I ever need it in the future.

Worked here, briefly, and was let down frequently with withheld information, poor leadership, frequently wasted my time, frequently observed preferential treatment, they conveniently forgot to mention money withheld from the team. Frequently team members disrespected behind their backs. This is more like a highschool atmosphere (even includes sitting in an office with blaring music, people goofing off for hours). All of this with commission only basis... Not to mention I didn't get my promised bonus, and received ZERO assistance in correcting this issue.

Signed up for a 3 year contract. Missed a payment after 2 years of service and was sent to collections. Called to pay and have reinstated to find out a year later that they signed a new 3 year contract and won’t release us after being customers for 3 1/2 years.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Had the system installed when we purchased the new house. Smoke detector and the power base went bad. So they had to come fix it. Technician inspected EVERY piece of equipment in the house. Later that very same night a window sensor went off and the cops had to be sent out to my location due to us being out of town. I gave them multiple opportunities to try and fix it and was told they would upgrade my sensors at not charge. Now almost a month later and NOT being able to use my security system because of the faulty sensor, that wasn't bad until their Technician left, still have not received a phone call or any follow up. I have to call multiple times, explain the situation over and over again, and yet they can't do anything. I will NOT pay them another dime. Use a different company because Zachary and Hayley have the absolute worst customer service that I have ever seen. Do not waste your money. My system had five different errors and because it's quote not the same device the system is considered operational.

Spoke to technical support multiple times on the phone and they scheduled a no cost visit with in person. The in person tech that came was on the phone with their supervisor about another job for nearly an hour at my house. The issue I had was not addressed and my monitor still says WiFi fault. I also asked about the connection to my speaker and instead of fixing mine he replaced it and left. When I got the email of the summary I was charged $220 for his “labor” of leaning against my fridge taking about another job, while my issue remains. He did not go over any of this with me and the TECHNICIAN ILLEGALLY signed the summary I was unaware about. I was charged a service visit with out resolution or even given the chance to pay with the proper card.The system hasn’t worked as intended with WiFi for over a month and instead of fixing it they are fraudulently charging customers cards with out consent on jobs that didn’t do anything.

The sales staff was phenomenal Alyssa help me on everything I needed.Call me back on the weekends make sure I had everything I needed she knew my mom was here alone and just took care of anything I neededwhen they set up my system I didn’t have enough upload speed on my Wi-Fi so they work that part out for me.then I added more cameras they they took care of thatThe front door has the camera doorbellMy router had been replaced so the Wi-Fi wasn’t working on that doorbell they where not connectingHe took care of thatjust all-around great serviceDid I tell you how much Alyssa help me ?

I don’t like writing reviews but I felt compelled to do one today because I have been so impressed by the customer support staff at ADT. I have called at least three times in the last five days trying to resolve an issue with my bill and my mom’s. Joanna was the exceptional young lady who resolved my issue and Clare and Maeemah assisted me with my mom’s issues. All of them were great listeners and had the patience of Job. All very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to satisfy my requests. My mom’s issues are still pending, however they took a big bite out the sting of waiting for return calls and resolutions.These ladies represent ADT well and ADT should be proud to employ them.

I was having issues with my command panel and sensors.. i called ADT support for assistance and was scheduled right away. The technician arrived as scheduled.. Ryan was very helpful and professional. He was very proficient and professional. Support and assistance when needed is the reason I have ADT. Thank you.
