We have loved working with Adoption Authority for our home study and as we wait to be matched with a birth mom. They really care about the best interest of the birth mom and the adoptive families alike. They have spent many hours answering so many of my questions throughout this process. Would highly recommend to anyone in any part of the adoption process (birth mom or adoptive family)

We are grateful for the integrity, hard work, and care of the women at Adoption Authority. It was very important to us to find an agency that was ethical and was focused on the needs of the expectant/birth mothers. We appreciated the care our daughter's birth mom received before, during and after her birth. We have also participated in workshops offered by Adoption Authority on transracial adoption and other adoption topics that were free and very helpful.

I would not recommend even contacting this agency. Their lack of professionalism is appearant in the brief interactions I have had with them in regards to the adoption process. Upon inquiring how funds would be spent and why some documents are required. I was instantly rejected. Their lack of detail orientation extends to miss spelling names and email address and might be antisemitic due to my last name. This is the only reason why you could be denied so fast.

We have worked Adoption Authority several times in the past couple of years. As an adoption agency in Virginia, we are comforted in knowing their placing agency is supportive and kind to our adoptive families. Most importantly, we are impressed with their level of involvement and emotional support to their expectant parents and birth parents. We are reassured by their ethical practices and facilitating a positive relationship between adoptive families and birth families. They truly want the best for their clients!

I felt comfortable and supported by everyone I worked with at Adoption Authority. They never once judged me or my boyfriend about doing adoption for our child. Our baby is now six months old and we have pictures and videos sent to our phone all the time. We do facetime every other Sunday and really feel like family with the adoptive parents. We have already done 2 visits so far (more this summer) and we know that our daughter is safe and happy.

I cannot say enough about what a great organization this is. The genuine love and support from the Adoption Authority toward the birth mothers/families they work with is exceptional and, particularly after placement, extremely unique.

After spending time with the staff and director of Adoption Authority, it was evident that they provide top quality care towards their expecting mothers and families. I have had other experiences with other adoption agencies and attorneys, and what I really appreciated about Adoption Authority is their mission to provide ethical adoption practices and educating others. They are truly advocates for all parties involved in adoption.

There where a lot of gray areas and a lot of vital information that was not told or explained to me when I discussed what my plan was. I think that this company is good for someone who just dont want any relationship with there child because I kinda felt it was basically a hope I would just place my child and be done with it they kinda let me down and didnt follow through with anything I was looking for in a family or from the agency.

They are the sweetest group of ladies ever. They helped me with every step along the way and I was blessed with a perfect baby boy! They will forever be apart of our lives.
