Update: They saw his review and called him multiple times over the past 2 days, left voice messages, and insisted he call them back after he didn't return their calls. On the voicemail, they claimed they were just showing him how to leave when they stalked him out the door. Yes. I'm sure. Because we don't know where the door is. If that were the case, why try another last ditch sales pitch after we were outside? Stop trying to get our business by harassing him further. You already lost it.
Oh. I forgot to add that when you took his car key, you forgot to lock the doors after you were done getting your "estimate". Thanks for that. And that estimate you made... Turns out you didn't even need the key. You demanded a printout from some other financing source or you'd only offer $1k. So keeping the key was a tactic to keeping him there and doing what with his car??? You had no business doing that.
Also, don't ask "what type of man are you" to someone. A better man than the three of you combined. It's hilarious you replied here to me. You only care because I posted this. What type of man are YOU?
Terrible experience. Loved the car we test drove but the staff was awful. I understand needing to make a sale, but when you take someone's keys to their current car, ignore everything they say about what they're aiming to accomplish with their visit (shopping around, not purchasing), and then try to have 3 different people close a sale with high pressure tactics, all but refuse to let someone have their keys back, and then stalk them off the lot, you cannot possibly expect those people to come back, even if they liked the car itself. Buying a car isn't an impulse buy. Even if you have the best vehicle on the road, you should still treat your customers with respect. Will not buy an Acura because of this experience.

I wanted to come here to give a HUGE thank you to Andre today! I purchased a used car from a DIFFERENT dealership. I somehow ended up on the phone with Andre today because I couldn’t get my dealership to help me. Andre could tell I was in a moment of true need and he immediately jumped to save my day when he truly didn’t have to. I cannot thank you enough for your help!! 10/10 recommend!!!!

Went in to test drive a car yesterday. They held my current car hostage and put up a lot of resistance to me leaving when I wanted to go home and do some research. On my way out, it looked like they tried to hit my car with the car that I test drove to intimidate me from leaving. I might buy an Acura, but will definitely not buy it here.
