BE VERY VERY CAREFUL, SCAMISH ACTIVITIES GOING SOMEONE NEEDS TO INVESTIGATE THIS PLACE. THIS IS NOT THE ACTUAL ACCEPTANCE INSURANCE. This is a 3 party place that helps you find coverage or helps sign you up for insurance through various carriers. I called to make a change to my Acceptance Insurance (Now 1st Acceptance Insurance). Mind you I spoke to an Acceptance agent over the weekend and got a quote for the same car that I was calling back today to make the switch. The Latin lady that answered the phone informed me that it would be $100 to switch and $32 increase. The only problem with that is the 1st Acceptance agent over the weekend told me that it would be $27-37 to switch and a $32 increase next month. When I question this lady about why is she charging me a $100 when I was informed that it would be no more than $37 to switch she HUNG UP on me & no answer when I called back.

Don’t go with them terrible customer service I requested to cancel my policy at the beginning of April and was told my policy would be cancelled April 14th and I would get my money back within 7 days I was only sent the auto pay cancellation form and not the legal cancellation document I called again 4/26/2024 and they stated they never got a signed cancellation form only auto pay cancellation they sent me an email saying to reply with policy number and cancellation date I responded and it said I have to create a legal document myself I had to call back to request the correct form to be signed and dated as the lady didn’t send me the correct email the first time I wouldn’t ever go with them again

Terrible service a rip off, con artist This company needs to be investigated for taking people's money. I had my dates set for the 6 of every month when I call to make a payment I was told to come In to reinstate my policy EVERY MONTH THE SAME ISH!!! I decided I didn't need the headache and went with another insurance company and haven't had a problem since.

Calling customer service you have some who don’t know what they are talking about which then puts you in a hole for the next month. I never got a credit or reimbursement from when they messed up my payment and I emailed them the proof of it. They don’t treat there loyal customers very fairly. I will never understand how a paid less as a newer customer then as I renew and nothing has changed with my car no tickets nothing and my insurance jumps up 40 plus dollars. That might not seem like much to most for some people living check to check it does to me especially when they changed the date I paid them as well.
