I bought a new car and the first person I thought of was is Ms.Tonya Harris! I love her everytime ive purchased a vehicle she has been my go to for the easiest, cheapest car insurance experience. She’s been in this field and has helped me and so many, sufficiently, with care and informative. Lets not forget she work with you to find the best price for you. Thank you Ms. Tonya! I truly appreciate you and all of your help. Tonya Harris was definitely a great help to me today as I navigated needing to get auto insurance. She even found me a policy with life insurance included! She was patient, super kind, attentive, personable and did everything to help me get the best bang for my buck. This place is amazing, they help you as soon as you walk in, they will greet you and when it's your turn they so there best to help you walk out that door feeling like you have little extra money instead most the insurance company want all the money. I want to give a huge thanks to Valerie Sapp she is caring, awesome, so if I was you I would definitely go in and talk to Valerie she is awesome guys, promise you will go out that door as happy as I was on saving an extra $300.00 a month. Guys don't call around make that call to Acceptance and I promise you will say thank you under your breath to me. Not only that you will be happy for the change. Thank you a huge thank you to you all at Acceptance. Don't wait guys call them and start saving on that next vacation.

Terrible customer service by Ashley Heisler! My aunt got hit by a First Acceptance insured driver 5 days ago and has yet to hear from the adjuster. Since the accident happened on a Friday, she gave the insurance adjuster all day Monday to contact her. She finally received a text identifying the above named adjuster and was promised to be contacted within 24 hours. That has not happened yet and my aunt has left a handful of messages over the past couple of days with zero response.
