So you know you are not leaving money on the table. They also work with established buyers and have a large variety loan products that can help you regardless if it is a $100k home or a $1 Million dollar home. Julie and her team went above and beyond to get us everything and all the information we needed to close on the house. It was NOT an easy task and we had many hiccups, but besides all of that, they stood besides us and gave us all the information we needed so that we could successfully close. There were times I surely thought they would just turn us away, but they supported us the whole time and we were able to close! Very informative, patient, and caring team of people and I would recommend them a thousand times over. I am so thankful for their advice and time.
